  1. I always insure my packages that I ship. Even if it is just 50 bucks. That way if it gets lost i dont have to refund the money out of my own pocket, and I am not out a 50 dollar item that I had sold. I woulnt expect the buyer to eat the money for a lossed item and pass the buck saying that the shipper was fault, not my problem. I dont want to eat the loss as the seller, so I guess that leaves insurance as the only option. Plus Deliver Conformation on US Priority Mail is 45 cents. Well worth the money so I know when some thing has been deliverd, instead of some body trying to scam me.
  2. I think that was my problem too. It was on my stock suspension raptor. There is a company that makse a pretty neat set up. They use those Hiem joints. Kind of costly though. I cant remember who makes it ethire. I would just as soon use a softer stock ones though. That way they bend instead of something else that is more expensive. Stock tie rod is only like 10 bucks.
  3. Those are a Resisotr plug. That is what the R is in BR9EGV. If you wanted the non resistor version it would be B9EGV. BR8ES= Resistor B8ES= Non Resistor
  4. Hay Just wanted to let every one know I sold a set of carbs to 99fastshee. He Sent the money right away. Good guy to deal with. josh jbooker82
  5. I had some like that. Took them off and replaced them with stock tie rods. The threads would pull out of. All of a suddent there would be play after catching a rut. Wiggle the tire back and fourth and the steel joint parts woudl move in and out a little inside the tie rod. They wernt from the same seller though. Aluminum threads just are not that strong.
  6. I ran 34mm PJ's with my mods in my sig. It ran good. I just bought a set of PWK 33mm carbs now. I have put them on yet, but they should do just as good.
  7. I believe the S-2 is made for water craft. I would run the R-2 if your going to run yamalube.
  8. If I was you I would go a head and get the dune port. Then later on if you want to try switching pipes.
  9. Why dont you just get another keihin pwk35mm carb. Running a cub on a single carb is kind of shooting your self in the foot.
  10. A new frame from yamaha is around 500-600. Could you just get one from them and claim to build your own. Or is there VIN numbers on the engine?
  11. Your talking about the pice that holds the needle in the slide right? Did you try pushing down and turning at the same time?
  12. Where do you think all the oil goes that you mix in with the gasoline? Some oils smoke very little and others creat a fog. Also how strong you mix your oil has an effect on smoke. 13. I though he was talking about the billit intakes that bolt on to the cylinders not the air box adaptor plate?
  14. the crank gear and clutch basket gear would be some good ones to do. Not necessarly concerned with breakage but the friction reduction would be nice.
  15. Any body ever try a BPR8ES. It is a projector style plug. The center electrode sticks out a little farther. I am going to check clearances next time I have my engine appart. I guess I could gap it really big; and then put it in roll the engine over by hand; and then check to see if the gap changed. If the spark was down in the cylinder a little more I think that would help performance, but they might foul easier. josh
  16. If he made it right then what is the big deal? Well since your dad wont do business with the best then just go get U a cookie cutter EBC Dirt Digger Clutch Kit.
  17. You could also have them Cryo treaded. It is like cold forging
  18. Just plug them with NO2 Foger Nosles.
  19. I agree Here is my 97 only I have the red radiator cover.
  20. In my oppinion the Boss Racing one is the best. It has a crossover tube machined in to the middle of it, That way sand and dirt cant work its way down inbetween the boost bottle or crossover tube and the intake. It aslo lifts up the carbs a little bit so you dont have to have the bolt hole on keihin carbs welded up so it dont hit on the clutch arm. It would be hard to run this intake with an air box because it moves the carbs back. It gets ride of that boost bottle and makes jetting much easier with that big hunk of junk out of the way. They make 2 different ones. One is for stock and 28mm carbs and the other one is for 33m to 35mm carbs. Here is a pic of mine installed.
  21. Mine came loose. We were out trail riding. I shut it off then the stator scuked up to the magnets in the flywheel. Went to kick it over and thought it locked up. Pulled the whole engine out thinking it was locked up. The screws backed out of the timing plate and went in to the flywheel shearing them off. I just got a new timing plate and used my stator. I put some lock tight on them this time.
  22. Payment Sent For the Thumb Throttle.
  23. I woulnt call it the sellers fault. I call it the moron buyers fautl. 7 bucks more he could get the real woco clear hoses.
  24. Sell your T6's on ebay. You could easily get 400 out of them. Buy it now 400 with free shipping. Start the auction out a 340 with 20 dollars shipping. I bought my T5's from In2Glamis on ebay for 509 plus 19 for shipping. So in all reality it should cost you 100 to switch pipes. in2glamis doesnt have any t5's listed right now. That is there screen name. The real business is Inland ATV. Here is there phone number. (909)478-7717
