I see a guy has a 1-4 override tranny for sale. Is this a drag only tranny. I do trail and mx, would this override be suitable, why or why not? i "bought" one from lsrasixshee a month ago and still have not recieved it. Dont worry its being taken care of.

Yea, it really does suck. I have rebuilt almost all of my banshee though purchases from people on this forum, except for pistons and some smaller stuff like bearings. But it seems like no matter what your into wether its redoing your house or you atv there is always a dickweed like this who lives at his moms house and is just looking for someway to score easy money. Cause some people think its easier to steal it from some one, whether its via the internet or just some old ladies purse, than to work for it. I just cant belive he doesnt relize that all his info is stored on paypals website and I will get my money back its just a matter of when. I think this dickhole should be BANNED, considering its the second time he has done this to someone.

man I wish I would of read this 20 days ago. I sent out $440 out to him on jan 31st and still havent recieved it. He told me on the tenth that he sent it out last week which would of been on the 7th or earlier. I have emailed him numerous times since then and still no response. I just told him he has until tommorrow to respond and if not Im just reporting to paypal. so yes BEWARE of this buyer!

which wires are you talking when you say the "keyed wires" exactly, I know its hard to give an answer without actually seeing it.

no that really doesnt help much but I do appriciate the input. I guess I plan on keeping the key because I already have a hole in my fenders for the key assembley. but what I am trying to do is to keep it funtional as a kill switch instead of just having it there doing nothing. but it looks like I may just run a toggle as a kill switch for the time being untul I have more time to trial and error.

if your running stock reeds I would definatley says reeds. with a port job your not really getting your moneys worth without a good set of reeds to place in those ports

ok, I am trying to run my wire harness just like the diagram in the electrical FAQ's. I am all done except for the engine stop switch. If I can I would like to run the engine stop through the actual key seeing I already have a hole cut in my fenders to hold the key assembly. My only question is what is the brown and the red wires for on the key side of the connectors. it has 4 wires in and 2 coming out. My thinking is I should just be able to hook the black and the black/white wire from the engine stop to the black and black/red wires to the key connectors. If this is not possible I may just get a toggle and put it somewhere inconspicuous. let me know what you think.

i recently got a -2 and love it. Before i just used to keep up with the pack now I shred them pretty easily. the cornering is soo much better, about like a 400ex now. and as far as jumping its much more balanced with the shorter swingarm not to mention lighter.

looks like mini ellison has been watching dad too much :thumbsup: and ive heard from a few people not to buy the knockoff crap. Ive been looking at the little polaris 50 and suzuki has a nice little quad also. We have a guy here locally who does machine work on atvs so when he gets the hang of thing we can do a little motor work if need be.

My son is turning 4 on march 31st and I was thinking on getting him a little 50cc for his birthday. He loves the idea but the wife thinks Im crazy. He has had powerwheels since he was two and can move those things though some tight turns at full speed. What do you guys think is the right age, is four good or is the wife right? hes a natural

i am with east coast banshee. I run the low bend with the 2 in risers. awsome for getting low and cranking the corners. the bars are longhorn or somthing like that. I paid 35.00 for them and 25.00 for the risers. I belive the bars were on sale but it would be worth looking in to.

it says four tv for free but you must read the small print. if you do not have a accesable phone line by at least two of the tvs it 5 extra for each one. (so not phone lines is 10 dollars extra) and also its 5 extra right off the bat for a second reciever. Its a dumb way to do it but they give you two dual tuner recivers that will do 4 tvs all on different pictures. so two tvs will have a reciver and two will not. If your losing signal on rainy or cloudy days you just have a shity install. yes you can order recievers off ebay and put them on your account but be careful because if you buy one that someone is selling and havent paid their bill on it you will have to pay it before activating it. it is possible to spit a reciever to two seperate tvs but you will have the same picture on the both of them. I do suggest dvr if you do decide to go with dish, it is the best invention since sliced bread. I quit doing this shit a year ago just because its impossible trying to explain this shit to every customer. some understand and some dont. if you have any more questiong dont be afraid to ask me. good luck
