  1. 38mm carb on 2 into 1 with stock type cylinders is gonna be too big of a carb. I dont recommend over a 36mm unless you get a big bore setup or cub cylinders.

  4. Put the old cdi back in and check to see if the lights work. Or I would check for a disconnected regulator in the back near the cdi, or a grounded regulator wire or something to that nature. Yes the cdi has nothing to do with the stator lighting circuit, but if you only put on the cdi, you did something to disturb the wiring or something is messed up and not wired right in your harness. Those dyna boxes have extra leads that dont get used sometimes, also sometimes the emergency brake lead has to be grounded on the dyna for it to run right, but this still wont affect the lights.
  5. 185-190 main. Dek needle in middle clip position. 42 pilot jet, air screw 2 turns out. Start with that, it should be close.
  6. Sounds to me like you got no stator output in your lighting circuit. Put the old one back on and see if they work.
  7. I imagine you could install one, dont see why not.
  8. There is no pump in a manual trans. The clutch slave is just like a brake caliper that moves when the clutch is pushed. Ask them what the pump is called, and what it does, and what problem it is causing. I work for GM, I can find out more once you tell me mroe.
  9. Maybe for twins, I think they use a 250r cable for a single with twist throttle.
  10. What modifications do you have and what type of riding do you do?
  11. I would get ahold of Dan at Patriot Racing or Dave from ILR Performance. Ask them about a 4-6mm long rod cub motor. Do not let Dave talk you into a Lectron Carburetor(s) though.
  12. thread size, or socket size?
  13. VW, AUDI, or Saab after run turbo coolant pump. If your interested I can see what I can get a factory one for. Otherwise try to track one down through an aftermarket european car part manufacturer.
  14. rad cap line to lower bottle nipple. Upper bottle nipple is the overflow and gets routed back up front under the steering neck area.
  15. Turn ons: Nice boobies, nice ass, and the ability to put up with me. Turn offs: Ugly Boobies, Ugly ass, and not having the ability to put up with me.
  16. I know Dan personally and its not as bad as it sounds. So far he has has been able to do one of our motors in a pretty timely manner.
  17. I put hydraulic brakes off of a warrior on them.
  18. Well it should yes, but I would think it would have to move almost 1/4" to hit anything. He is probably the best source to figure that out from though.
  19. The stock oil injector pumps go out all the time, they are just not super dependable. The blaster can be built to haul some ass, my motor guys kid had one and it was about as fast as a stock Banhsee.
  20. I would probably get one, its about the only real thing left to do anyway.
  21. Its a good idea if you get one to eliminate the stock oil injector and premix the fuel.
  22. Dave at ILR PErformance, or Dennis Packard.
  23. Tell you what? I asked you to confirm what you were saying? Is it crank end play or radial journal play? He has a stator issue, Now I am confused about why you piped in about a whining noise, and just told me to tell you?
  24. Well he was talking in the other thread about running from the cops down next to some river. I know the East river is in New York! I know your not supposed to swim in it!
