  1. That tire works ok in sand, and ok in hard pack, (I had it on the front of my rhino) but its not puncture resistant at all. I would recommend a realtor if your riding in both terrains, has a scoop like tread, its realt thick, and should dig into dirt really well. Realtor Link
  2. When its hard to start, if you give it full throttle does it seem to start easier, or even harder?
  3. ok, heres the DL. We are staying in Horsfal. The twister guys will be staying out about 2 dunes from horsfal towards hauser in the sand on the wet side. They drag in the wide open flat spot next to their campsite. Its real close to boxcar.
  4. #2 is the needle, its in the slide. you gotta take it out to identify it.
  5. Thats close on the main, but that is a huge pilot jet. I run a 38 pilot jet in my pwk 35. What needle is in it? How many turns out is the air screw?
  6. Im so excited, check it. 2009 Yamaha Banshee Link
  7. What color are the plugs? Does it smoke at idle.
  8. so the black wire does it have a bullet end or a ring style end? Is there a little silver box under there with a blue wire plugged into it?
  9. what pistons are in it?
  10. No, it wont damage the engine. Just get it and lets try it out since you said it was cheap. I would like you to pull the carb apart and check the jetting and needle stuff in your current carb though. Does it run pretty good right now?
  11. Yeah, I have a dynoport pipe and a dynoport port job. Tell me this now, where are you at main, needle, clip, pilot jet wise with the 34 pj?
  12. is it a 38mm keihin, mikuni., lectron?
  13. I persoanlly run a pwk 35mm. I dont really see a need for a 38mm unless the bike is heavily built. We run the 4 mills with 35's, and 36's in the sand.
  14. I would guess choke crossover tube or slides in backwards, If you want to see if it is too lean, take the airbox lead off and see if it gets worse.
  15. cascade makes heat sleeves to go on your stinger pipes.
  16. I run 50/50 race gas on 19cc on a stock unwelded crank.
  17. its made by threebond. I get it from cycle gear and cascade.
  18. You dont trust them? Are they gonna co-sign on your new car or something. I haven't ever seen a 6mm x.75 tap, most of the standard 6mm sizes on the banshee are 6mmx1.00! Its possible though.
  19. its a breather.
  20. How often do you change the trans oil?
  21. Just ride it normal for 15 minutes and get it warmed up for the chop. What kind of needles are in it? Does it run good?
  22. This is what is done to my bike, and it makes a ton of torque and mid power. Dynoport 2 into 1 pipe with ultra quiet silencer. Dynoport Port job.(yes dynoport does port work for the 2 into 1 pipe). 2 into 1 trinity intake with 35mm pwk and K&N pod filter (you may want to run an airbox though) Stock reed cages with carbon tech low-mid reeds. Flywheel lightened. (rs heavier magnet flywheel). Cascade Heavy duty clutch kit. +6 timing advanced. Pro design head with 19cc domes on 50/50 race gas (169 psi comp). 13/46 gearing. Wiseco Pro lite pistons. Its a real strong running bike, amazes a lot of people, and its easy to keep on the pipe at slow speeds.
  23. I had a heavily ported 350 with stock carbs and ran 390-410 mains in it. Its gonna take 15-20 mins to get plug color. Your best bet is to do a plug chop with a brand new set of plugs to see what the mains are doing.
  24. plug part number please. sounds like you have a v plug in it.
