Dont sleep on that 310 My brother had a 310ct racing motor and it ran real well. He know has a powervalve setup which is even nastier. You may have you hands full, but will depend on 100's of things. Rider, conditions, who gets out of the hole harder. etc... Whats done to the shee??

Yea, Carl will help out with these questions. Im not sure about all these terms when it comes to the tranny. I know alot of shit was cut off and angled.. lol We tried many different combos, I cant even remember anymore.

Okay so there is so much shit going on right now with these override. I personally have one and it hasnt been installed yet due to all the problems that have been popping up., Sleeper actually just sent them back to WCR to be looked over. He is going to inspect them and send them back out. Now, Sleeper spoke to WCR on the phone and they stated that they havent had a single problem with any 1-4 5&6 clutch. If you have a extreme, tell us which one you have and what problems have occurred. What WCR has said and what they are doing about it. Im really looking to hear if anyone has had problems with a extreme with all 6 gears. Im really hoping everything gets squared away bc Im really stoked to ride a bike that actually shifts. thanks

Not trying to be a jerk, But we are looking for some answers and advice here on my motor. I do understand that you need some help with yours also, but dont jack my thread. Start you own and these guys will help you out also. But it will get really messy and confusing in here if you start asking questions also. Thanks And to everyone else, thanks for the tips, but everything in my motor was brand new, no used or left over shit here. Carl seriously tried like 15 different combos. Many late nights in his garage trying to get this shifting shit worked out. He spoke to WCR and they seemed to be confident with whats going on here. Even still, I would rather have a cut/modified tranny in there rather than a override ( Dont tell sleeper I said that) But whatever, Im letting Carl make the calls and I trust his judgement. Hopefully, I will be up and running in the next 2-3 weeks at the very most. Any other ideas/info please keep them coming. thanks

These guys here are gonna give you a hard time Its hard to say by looking at pics, they will say to post some pics of the exhaust port and transfers, and that will help them determine if its okay or not. I say if it runs good, just enjoy it. When it blows up just make it faster. Post some better pics though, and im sure some guys will chime in.

The way my luck is going with Tranny's There is NO WAY that extreme is going in my motor until some serious shit gets worked out.

So you think a stock tranny modified is out of the question for me? You said to through a duneable in there, a extreme or the older style? thanks

Im hoping that all the older guys here and dudes with all the knowledge will chime in and help us out. Some of you may now about all the tranny problems that I have been facing and some may not. So here is my situation, After having my 4mil built I started having crazy shifting problems, couldnt shift under a load etc... So i did some research and found that HJR modifies stock tranny's So off went a tranny that I had laying around. I get the tranny back and It didn't help me at all, Now the bike was popping in and out of gear, popping into N etc.. And it was chewing up shifting forks like crazy. So I do some more research and come across this new WCR duneable extreme override that many people where raving about for awhile, we go ahead and order one from FAST, It has been sitting at SLEEPER06 house for some time now bc we are hesitant to run it with all the problems we are hearing about lately. And to be completely honest, Im not crazy about running a override in a trail/recreational bike anyways. I was hoping that some guys here could give us some tips on cutting a stock tranny to work for me. What mods can be done to a stock tranny so it will shift like it should. Im told that I'm around the 85hp range If you need some more details to help out just ask. Maybe Sleeper06 will post some pics of my shifting forks and the tranny that HJR cut for me. Maybe there is something that he missed while cutting, maybe he modified it to much. Maybe maybe maybe Who the hell knows, I just want my bike to shift damm gears. Tell me what options I have left and what we should do next? thanks

So it seems to be something stupid like a missing clip or are these extremes not "BULLETPROOF" One of the overrides that sleeper has sitting there is mine, and I would really like to get these shit figured out or go with a stock modded tranny????
