Would the choke tube only effect the left side? Carb. was cleaned, main jet taken out and cleaned.

Having trouble with left side of engine. Not running, cuts out as if there was no gas. Checked gas line, checked stater, checked electrical, checked head for leaks...still no good? Any suggestions would be greatly appericated. Here for the weekend IF i can fix this. Tors? could this be the issue?

HA HA.. sounds like alot but I havent been able to ride it as much as I want.. in the past it has been maybe 7-8 times a year but once I got it out here from jersey I have gone about 6-7 times sooo... they havent seen as much action as some of your machines.. Just the fact that people take the time to pull their plugs and then replace them with new ones when they foul sounds strange to me.. and no I have not always had the jetting right, definately a learning curve... ill post a pic or two of them... they still look sexy to me!! LOL

Looking thru all the post on this, it seem some ar running their plugs for months and some for years! I have never fouled a plug during riding, only sometime starting when really cold ouside.. I run the B8E S ngk and have never had a problem with them.. So my question is, what it the life expectancy of plugs?? People posted that they fouled plugs after a month and have had to replace them??! Correct me if I am wrong but isnt a fouled plug just a cylnder with too much liquid gas in it too ignite?? Does the plug really have to be replaced once fouled?? I have had mine for 8 years now... any performance gain by replacing them?

agreed... I am gulty also but not without alot of good searches.. all quads are setup diff. and thats probably why people repost the same questions?? Maybe create more permanent posts on top of the pages so people dont have to sift through all the crap posts out there.. ok... I thought stock was 25s.... there have been a couple of post saying the next size up is a 27.5 pilot.. Im wondering what benefit I would get if any by changing this..`

If I change to a 27.5 pilot jet from stock..... this will lean me out or make me richer?? saying that I am dialed in correctly now...

Anyone use or try out the AMS sidewinders?? rockey mount has them in 21x11x8... I was thinking of putting them on ITP .190 polished rims.... any thoughts?? I think id rather get the sidewinder style for sliding than the straight paddles.. I gotta purchase monday in the morning.. so any last words would be much appreciated..

the rims I have now are aluminum ITP rims... and thanks for the advice about the V tred instead of the Straight paddle... anyone try the AMS sidewinders?

I have 9 inch rims. so they sell 21x11x9 with 8 paddles for $101.. Sound like a good deal?

I never heard about it before but I just put it into my truck about 2 minutes ago so we will see. I have 71000 on it. I am doing it in the dark cause I live in Santa Monica and them neighbors dont like my kind! lol I was going to use it in the oil but I think a engine flush is better. Or so I have heard..
