robbie.... i had a stock cyln bike i thought was a drag port, jeff said it looked like a clean up port that somebody did with their feet... i even payed for the "drag port " :shoothead: i had 34 pj's ,and fmf's ... shaved head (19-20 domeish) and +4 timing.... my bike pulled 58 on the ls dyno. i could beat bolt on 450's all day long, even my buddies 686 craycraft raptor.. but could only hang with 421 cubs about half way ... then it was all cubs. that my friend is why my motors at F.A.S.T. gettin a 421 cub. i knew if i really wanted to hang with the big boys , i had to move up to a cub.

lol ... ive been cought 2-3 times racing on the streets (in town)... i dont think people like the sound of oof pipes . cops have been pretty cool about it, only one time were they kind of asses. they wanted me to get the bike out of the garage, i told them no.. i dont have a bike and my father in laws a lawyer. they gave me a warning.. lol i know, i know.... keep them off city streets. i like to rebel.. sorry

thats like my buddies 10 mil .. with a +6 swingarm. its so damn hard to shift. all it wants to do is stand up, u just hold on !!! makes for a fun ride !! :biggrin:

i heard its hard to shift with a lock up .. unless u have a overide...... thats hear - say....

i just go over there and read now... like dave has said before, if drag racing is your thing. its a great site to learn from, but i think u all know how i feel about the money thing . ive had my dealing with the mods to.... theres alot of cool people over there. i just dont like how the sites run.

damn thats a old thread.. hell , i still have those pistons sitting in a box.

this may sound dumb.. my buddy couldnt get his damn cases closed not to long ago.... he's done it a million times !! well he forgot u cant just put them together on a hard surface (work bench) the screws werent goin all the way threw the cases so it could close. they were hitting the work bench, not letting the top cases to go all the way down. just something to think about... i know sounds dumb. but like i said he's dane it right alot of times and that one time stumped him for awhile.. lol good luck.

have u got the cases all the way shut ? or are they not shuting all the way ?
