  1. Tires are SLS 16 stag extremes. 24" carcass on 10x11 rims. Tires are in near new condition. Still have molding nipples on the paddles. think RO is 76 or 77" 650.00 shipped
  2. if I remember right.. it was their 10dm that was fast.. the 4 cub looked like any other fast 4 cub and there was lots of those that weekend.
  3. I was talking about another problem that I heard of.. though they may be related. It was a while ago when we were discussing it and I forgot the details of the conversation.. which in this case probably would be helpful. But some reason twin spark plugs was mentioned??
  4. I thought I heard something about a problem with the way the fuel charge is burned over the crown of the piston or something like that? anyone else hear of that?
  5. It might lift the cylinders and increase transfer volume.. but your also increasing combustion volume. I would think the ratio of displacement increase from stroke would be more then transfer volume increase. By adding 4mm of stroke.. Wouldn't that increase engine displacement by more cc's then the transfers would increase and put the engine even further behind?
  6. All of that just to beat me this year and then I dont make the trip.. oh well.. maybe I'll give you a chance next year.
  7. You should braze some modelo cans together and make Elgante' modelo!!
  8. I see all the same issues I had. But.. its shearers. What ya gonna do? I think he's planning on upgrading the pipes anyways. The bigger question is.. Are they mounted correctly. lol
  9. Shhh... dont say stuff like that.. He needs to know his place.. lol
  10. my 132 rods didn't look to much thicker then my 115's... I didn't measure.. but.. they look pretty close besides length.
  11. there is 54mm stroke with 73mm bore cylinders out there. And they run pretty well!! Baby cheetahs I also wanted to try a 78x54... thought it would be neato.
  12. To hoard all the good stuff..
  13. I wasn't!! I was merely informing him NOT to miss the ride! I wouldn't want your welcoming committee diminished.. I was trying to help you out.
  14. I was waiting on stampings for 4 months.. I'd run the CPI rather then miss the ride.
  15. Yep, I'm on the road delivering the red line 18dm killer as we speak. She's going to a good home!
  16. 7mil is easy. just the price of the crank is the same as a 10mil.. first thing you need to do is find out if your cylinders can be used in your next build. Probably should send your cylinders to your builder of choice and get some more options from him.
  17. dont mess with a stock cylinder 10mil.. the price is more then its worth. A lot of machine work will be involved. Typical well setup 421's range from 110-115 465's range from 115-120. My old 421 and my brothers 465 were about 6hp different on the same dyno.
  18. 10 cub is about 3-400 more (trenching and crank) then a 421. gains should be 5-7 more HP over a 421 when both are setup right. . I dont remember.. but the 10cub casting might be more also over a 421..
  19. should have sold it to me bobby.... I needed another..
