  1. I didn't notice any guard beams.. possible beam jump?
  2. as long as your jetting is good.. you should see too much carbon build up.. 927 is good oil.. The only complaint I have with it is its color.. My dumb ass could never remember if it was already mixed or not.. lol
  3. I had a billet saver but switched to a plastic style this season.. The one I got fits up agaisnt the case for support. it was only $20 shipped.. I do like the TM designs but.. it was a lil steep. Not to mention that the plastic ones can be ground down easier then the billet ones to fit the larger sprockets.
  4. Sometimes local dealers stock them also.. its only about a 3-5 dollar part..
  5. you can buy 530 chains and sprockets for it.. call sprocket specialists.. I'm sure they make them for it.
  6. watchin that vid makes me want to build a small engine again.. Alot more fun and alot more reliable.
  7. Just like the title says.. I need a rear rotor.. Cheaper the better.. Dont need anything fancy.
  8. Cubs come already drag ported out of the box.. by having them drag ported the builder just further enhances whats already there.
  9. Yep.. Thats what I think he's workin on. I use the 2.68's and I had to do a bit of grinding on the washer.. Nothing big.. but it was a pain in the ass since I was in a hurry to get it together last minute.. lol
  10. I can't find his number off hand either.. He's usually pretty good at getting back to your pm's so I'd try that. His screen name is Chariot performance.
  11. did you try using a longer acorn nut? if the nut is too shallow.. it wont torque down correctly. Chariot did have a problem with the supplied nuts awhile back.. Might want to get with jerry and see if you have the correct acorn nuts.
  12. I usually plan one around the 17th in June Since thats my birthday.. It will be the 19th this year. I'll post it again and hopefully we can get a good turn out and get everyone camping in the same place. Jellystone is about the best place these days aside from the state campgroung.
  13. I dont know.. I'd be leary of that one.. seller only has a score of 2....
  14. Why dont anyone plan these trips when its warmer? I'd be all in if this was in june. Alot of us still have our bikes tore down in april.
  15. I can't stress enough, If you guys are droping this kind of coin on a purchase.. Make sure the seller is a premium member or has a good reputation here and has shown that he can be trusted. The premium members tend to be more trust worthy as they take pride in this site. But most of all.. Do your research on the seller. I noticed this razr guy has been around since 04' and dont even have 100 posts.... If you look at his topics... he only had 3 listed in 04 then hasnt been around until 09' Then all of his topics are forsale threads... This is the type of research people need to do along with asking around. Not saying this is your fault bro, but you gotta cover your ass. Defintately a shitty deal that this guy needs to make right.. Hands down a intentional scam.. I'd be calling his local law..
  16. Chad.. add me, Happyhomer44
  17. inner hub could be grooved also.. Make sure the actuator is adjusted properly also..
  18. probably wont be much competition out there.. Alot of people dont like to run the alky bikes in the cold. I dont go until after memorial day. Not to mention... alot of us are still tore down for winter rebuilds. lol
  19. On my 421 I gained bottom end from the big bores.. not top.
  20. the N68A is not a keihin factory needle.. It could be a needle taper desigend by the manufacturer of the bike (yam, honda, kawi, suzuki) So that needle was designed for little 80 and 85cc dirt bikes. Could be possilbe the they are aftermarket needles.. I only use geniune keihin jets. I used the JJH needles also back when I used the 28pwks.
  21. Why not just give Jeff or M&M a call... I'm sure they have them instock.
  22. Good lord them things are purdy! These are his personal carbs and he does his own polish work.. So you can imagine how much time he spent on them. Bump for a badazz set of carbs at a great price!
  23. send a PM to redline over on atvdragracers.com He has a killer deal on some hauler type paddles and you'll be very happy with them.
