  1. Runnable if you can seal it. Looks decent enough from the pics though.
  2. 100% agree. Love -1.
  3. Jd, i use some cascade BB clamps and i shaved out a lil bit of the rubber and shoved them on. But i always hi temp silicone the connection before i clamp them as well. 100% seal, perfect fit, never leaks. I can take a pic if you need.
  4. Pull the cover off and make sure the star is on tight, shift shaft and springs is in place and not broken, bent or worn out. Check the detent arm, also check the eccentric screw that its adjusted right and still there. If all checks out, well then pop open case open and have a peek at the drum, gear clusters, shift forks and shafts.
  5. Yamaha OEM. 29L
  6. Here is the main size you need. Just measured my extra pilots with calipers and Here is the pilot size you need. What size do you need, i have extras. Or get them from here, site sponsor. http://www.pjmotorsports.com/
  7. I'm in kelowna for the weekend, you out it the west side? Holler back I could prolly take a few minutes out of the day and fix it for you.

  9. Thats your bike
  10. Thats the point of installing the idle screw so that they will adjust the slide/s up or down. You want both sides to be identical or very close to it. After you do this, back the screws out so that they don't contact the slides at all. Then sync them so that the slides move to the exact same beat of your thumb. (adjust this at the carb cap adjusters) Go ahead now and adjust the idle screws on both carbs so there the same as well. Now go tear ass around in the dirt/sand.
  11. Spacers on the right some of the mount? One on the swing arm nub the right way? I have the same set up and it's working out. As i was saying in the shout needs to sit flush on the left side. Tighten it all down with the pads and rotor bolted tight and check again. Heres the same carrier on mine http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/3757/228kg.jpg There is a lil side to side play as it sat but once the pads, rotor and spacers where in and tight and was bled. it is fine.
  12. Looks like an early year production CT set.
  13. Keihin 28's will do you more then fine.
  14. Move the clip up will bring the needle down = leaner mid range. Move the clip down will bring the needle up = richer mid range. This is one notch to the leaner side. (If the clips already in the top notch its time to move to a smaller sized main jet or a different needle and adjust accordingly)
  15. Looks bang on dude.
  16. 330, sure.
  17. They make unstamped ones, ones that are stamped on the out side and ones that are only stamped on the inside as well. IMO, stamped pipes look gay on anything.
  18. Check that all your grounds are clean and bare metal.
  19. What the issue that you want to change them out?
  20. I would leave the 25 pilots in and throw 300 mains in, bet that will clean it right up. If it bogs a lil still in the mid after the 300's, richen both needles one notch (move the clips down one on both) and go from there. Let us know whats up.
  21. I run a undercover sling shot lock up and a f.a.s.t clutch with no over ride and a few more mods and a lil more motor with no issues at all.
  22. Sounds like air is getting in where it shouldn't. I would start it up again, and get a spray bottle with water and some hand soap in it and spray it all over the carbs, intakes and what have you. If you see bubbles, well then there is where air is getting in. I assume it didn't rev like this before the removal? Try it and let us know what you find and we'll go from there.
