No no, like in a thread i had a while ago about the one i put in the carrier. Before i put the bearings in, i took off the blue seals on the bearings them selves only on ONE Side each, then faced them inside towards where the grease is/will be, so when i put grease in through the zerk, it gets in there. Cause the black seals that come with the kits only seal on the outside as we all know, but the part i took off the bearings and faced them inward has worked great for 2 years now and when i switched my axle out they were nice and lubed up still with grease i have been putting in. Know what im saying about taking the seal on the bearings off the one side of each bearing and face them inward?

Get the kit from pivot works and save our self a headache. Also drill and tap your swing-arm and carrier and put grease zerks in if you replace those bearings and seals also. Then you can keep them lubed up nice and they will last MUCH longer. So easy a cave man can do it!!! This is where i put them on my swinger and carrier. I also did every pivot point on the front and back suspension that didn't have any.

No spark at all? Have you tested the coil and stator yet? Also see if your kill switch AND key switch if you still have them are working properly. Only way to see if the CDI is bad is to try a buddy's or get a new one. Oh and make sure your pick up coil gap is set to the proper gap.

How thick is your sway bar? Mabey get under there and have a look and see if the bushings that hold it on and the rods and the ends are worn out and/or broken...worth a look see at least.
