    Any banshee with a stock basket will have this problem eventually, 95% of the clutch baskets i pull out are the ears are notched and the gear moves.the only way to fix it is go billet.

    factory j arms are very hard to come by nowadays. look into stellar j arms with replaceable ball joints.

    i had to get my plastics back.

    a lil tack weld will fix it right up. i have cracked the bases by the bolt holes and welded them up and they were fine. get u r instructor to throw a lil tack on there.

    there`s no rev limiter on any yr banshee. your pipes and port work determine your rpm range.

    theres no set time. every bike is different. with proper building, jetting ,care and maintenance they can last years before rebuilding.
