  1. I've lost my mind..............has anyone seen it. CFM good luck to you and I still in need of that swing arm. No hurry man, take care of the legal crap. gipperz
  2. Your best bet is to get ahold of an engine builder and tell them what your looking for. Be real about your riding style cause you wouldn't want drag porting for a woods bike. How much are you looking to spend and how old is the motor? Might need seals, bearing and the list goes on and on. Do some research on builders here and make some calls. Ask about turn around time and maybe some references also. Hope this help you in your quest. gipperz
  3. I used my dremel and then a sanding roll and cleaned it up and blended it so it looks okay. Still kinda sucks just knowing its there.
  4. A real nice tig setup, I love it. All the bells and wistles you could ask for. I'm sold on Miller stuff even though I used to be a Lincoln guy. I've talked to alot of welders and what they tell me is the real difference is the color of the machine, I can't answer that to many variables. I got a way better deal on the miller then I could of with a Lincoln. Not to mention I have a few phone numbers to call at miller if I have problems and need some help trouble shooting. I even got to talk to a guy from miller that deals with the American Chopper guys. I thought that was pretty cool. gipperz
  5. Already have the miller syncrowave 200 tig. Not real sure on the new mig yet, something in the class of 220-240 volt setup with infinit settings. Whatever airgas will give me a deal on I'll probably buy it. I have a small mig ( 110 volt ) but would like the bigger unit to do car frames. Gonna start a rat rod project this summer so just trying to plan ahead for it. Still have my old lincoln buzz box to beat around with out side( arc ). I leave the good stuff hidden in the garage.
  6. I'm thinking of a new miller mig. I'm leaning pretty hard that way.

Those were great, I love the dog food one.
  8. Tecates were fast, the fastest of the 250 class but were unreliable. The three wheelers handle okay but they would like to throw the chain alot and break cases. The tecates are no joke but I've always heard that they needed alot of wrench time. gipperz
  9. Will you go to 50.00 ? If so I'll take it.
  10. 37 and from st.paul minnesota. I had a 1972 rd250, one hell of a fun bike. Thats the machine that made me purchase a banshee. Man I feel old.
  11. I'm interested, could you send me some pics at crdchm@aol.com Thanks, Cory
  12. Happy thanksgiving to you all, I'm gonna sit around today and get fatter
  13. I use permatex number 2 non hardening.
  14. I used to have 3 chevy monza's, 2 2+2's and a spider. I had a 355 in one of the 2+2's with a th350 and 2500 stall. Real fun car. I'd like to find a coupe and build another one. Some day. Nice car there just hard to get hooked up....... but real fun trying.
  15. Amen to that. I was raised just like that and I cherish my parents cause I believe it made me a better person.
  16. Thats great, had me going for a minute. I would replace the sprocket and chain. Like Dave said you can throw the sprocket like a ninja star and you can use the chain to strangle him. Thats just me, I try to keep calm. ha ha
  17. I'd go with CPI inframe's and some 35pwk's. Later on when you want to go bigger or even a cub you have the pipes and carbs. Thats kinda what I did but I have a 4mil by f.a.s.t. I'll be going to a cub in the future. Good luck
  18. Whats a search function? just kidding Dave.
  19. Just ship it out to someone that knows what there doing, you get what you pay for. There is alot of chamfering when it comes to a two stroke cylinder. Just my .o2
  20. Best of luck to you and your family. Food for thought..........When your at your bottom, there's only one way you can go...................thats up. Everything will work out for you. gipperz
  21. I wish the best for Dans son, that just way to young. Kids are the most innocent people on earth not to mention our future. Hope the cancer stays gone, I've lost to many loved ones to the crap. Best wishes to Dan and his family. gipperz
  22. Seafoam works great, in the 8 years I've sold auto parts, I bet I sold more of that then anything else. Garages that bought our parts used it with good results and also the chevron with techron was another one that worked. Jim is right, alot of the additives on the market don't work. It's always good to get feedback from garages, sure helps limit inventory.
  23. Bump for a good guy, I've purchased pipes from bkabina and was pleased with them. He's straight up no bull sh#t kinda guy.
