LOL not this time John. I am going to hopefully keep this one. I make exactly like I want it.

I have been out of the Banshee world for 1yr and went through withdrawal of not having my Banshee. I have recemtly returned to the life of owning a Banshee. I was able to pickup a titled 19998 Banshee last week for $1400. It has lonestar +2+1 white arms, +4 chrome durableu axle, Clean-up Port, KN air filter, Holeshot tires on ITP rims, +4 timing advance, Brand new Wiesco topend and Barnett Clutches. Bike starts right up (first kick) and has a lot power. Some pics are posted below, please give me your opinion on how it looks. I am planning on stripping it down next winter and dumping some money into it.

Price is waaayyy to high for an 87 Banshee with basically just pipes. 2000-up Banshees are going for $1200-1500 now days.

I dont know, I hope you beat him, but those new 450's run strong out the box especially the fuel injected ones. You should put some dual carbs (28mm-35mm)and get your cylinders ported then you wouldn't even have to worry about it, you would blow his doors off.

Mine was leaking at one point also. What I did was drain the oil out of the bike and clean that area very nicely so the o-ring can fit smooth and flush. Make sure you look at the plastic closely beecause it could have a fracture or just where and tear from being old. BOSS racing actually sells a billet cover for like $24 maybe a good investment.

Excellent addition to any Banshee makes you arms feel much better after riding.

Razr 2's without thought or question

I would say get your motor ported (Dune/ Play Port) ASAP, Call Jeff at FAST Racing he does excellent work. Then throw on some Keihin 28mm PWK carbs, scrap the boost bottle its junk. Next up would be billet intakes with V-Force Reeds 2's or 3's. You can use the Hemi Head, if your running pump gas then you dont want to go to small on the dome size, I would stay within 20cc - 22cc domes to be safe. Next up would be to open up your air box so the motor can breathe, either run pods or just ditch the airbox lid. Dont forget to purchase an outerwear for you air filter (for security purposes only). 2-1 carb kit is a great setup but you would lose power on the topend, its more for motors that are looking for the extreme bottom end power. Ok, now I am tired of typing. Hope this helps alittle.

Yea I think the guy who had them before me installed them I guess. Do you guys think I should just plug them together to make sure no dirt or water get in the carb??????

I just got my 28mm PWK carbs, but they have this gold inlet right next to the choke. Can someone please let me know what plugs into that gold inlet???? Im not sure if I should connect the hose from the bottom of the carb to it or should it be closed off. Please see pics of what I am talking about on the carb. Thanks
