    I have a brand new set of Wiseco 795 series 65MM (.40 over) piston for long rod motor. These are brand new never ran only mounted an removed. Comes with everything needed to install them ( wristpin, circlips, rings, and bearing). I accept Paypal just PM me. Thanks Price - $100 shipped

    I believe anything over 170psi requires you to move up to race gas. Some people run 19cc domes safely on pump fuel, just do a compression test after you install them.

    Make sure the key and switch is on, very common mistake. Make sure your coil wire are on and tight.

    Dont for get Yamabond #4 to seal the cases and get a fresh clutch kit since you dont know the history of the bike.

    I would say 320-310 on mains. 25-27.5 pilots should work. 1.5 turns on airscrew.

    I had this problem before and I ended buying a new gas cap. I purchased one of the billet caps from rockymountainatv.com I believe it had something to do with the vent being clogged and the pressure not being able to release properly which caused the fuel to rise up out of the cap. I would say just replace the cap.
