  1. let me know how shee runs should run pretty good.
  2. i did a couple of my own port jobs, I just used a angle grinder and a sand paper wheell works out pretty good.
  3. here this is not to good of a pic, but the bottom of the transfers should be angeled to a point. http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g104/ban.../Picture038.jpg
  4. if you want it for just trail riding and stuff, you can do more with the transfers, but I would just polish the exhaust up and make sure there are not any burs in the intake that can breake loose and go into the cylinders, other then that it should run pretty good from what i can see.
  5. I would leave the intake go. You get most of your power from the exhaust and transfers, polish the exhaust, and see what the transfers look like.
  6. you will not be disapointed with the 12 port i seen bkabina 12 port run. bkabina and I race togather and for only a 4-mill the x3 is crazy fast.
  7. I second for passion racing, jim did all my drag bikes, very nice guy and very helpful.
  8. there should be a master clip there that you can take off.
  9. awsome, let me know how shee runs.
  10. I wil second that, jim ported all of my drag shees, and they all kick ass. bakabina is a friend of mine and he had a passion racing 4 mill 12 port and that thing was wicked. really good trail bike and you could take it to the drags and have some fun there to.
  11. cubs are the way to go I think, but a killer motor for trails and stuff . I would go with a 12 port motor from passion racing, you can pm jim on here for questions. His srceen name on here is passionRE, or you could check out his website. http://www.passionracingengines.com/
  12. This is how mine and bkabina wheelie bars are set up http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g104/ban.../Picture004.jpg
  13. if you do it see if you can find a rz tranny. It will drop right into a set of banshee cases, that way you will have a higher gear ratio.
  14. same here jim drag ported my cylinders, and was easy to tune, and a very strong running motor.
  15. trust me with jims 12 port there is no 450 that can even come close to keeping up with you. I race with bkabina and blueshee03 and i seen his 12 port run. very strong runnig motor.
  16. I would go with jim from passion racing, go with his 4mill 12 port, if you have any question on how they run ask wesw or bkabina
  17. Take it from bluesheeo3, he had that happen to him.
  18. Jim is a good guy to deal with, his prices are good, and his port work is awsome.
  19. call passion racing. Jim can hook you up and with a good price. 918-232-950
  20. yes you can use the lock up clutch for trail rideing, you just wont have any clutch slipage
  21. I dont think they are to big, I used 40mm lectrons on my 350 drag bike. I think you will be ok with the 38's on your passion port motor. jim he sure does know how to make them run.
  22. Passion racing. nice guy to deal with. 918-232-3950
  23. just like he said
  24. yep i like the lectrons my self, really nice carbs
