  1. So out of all the engine builders and other pros one here , no one has any measurment for the stock ports? Some one must know.
  2. I picked up a set of new sleeves for my worn out cylinders and they are supposed to have slightly different port design, I can tell from looking at them that they are a bit different. I was wondering if anyone knows the stock port measurements. I would just like to compare the numbers before I change them. Thanks.
  3. I just came across a great deal on a set of raptor 700 brake calipers and i need to know if they are the same as the 450's I have raptor 700 a arms on my shee so i know they are the same as the 450s, but im not sure about the calipers. If some one can let me know if they are the same as quickly as possible , because this deal is only on for today cause my buddy needs cash bad. Thanks guys.
  4. its been bord to a 325cc and it beats my boys banshee.got a bigger cam too .........Now that is hilarious..this guy has no clue :shoothead:
  5. I guess since the topic is Black/red /grey banshees , Heres a pic of some black plastics I have currently
  6. I had all silver plastic with red grill and I really liked it, Im actually thinking about going with this color on my new build. Heres a pic.
  7. could it be that whoever shaved the head took too much off? Just a thought
  8. Did you ever figure out what the problem with your motor is?
  9. I think he should be ok with 93 at 145psi.
  10. Here are some old pics of my 87 from a couple years ago.
  11. Nice bikes, it looks like fun racing on the ice...You are in quebec right?
  12. I've been running lucas in my shee for 3 years now and it seems to work fine for me. No Oil related problems anyways.
  13. I agree about the Knarlys, I have gone through many sets of tires and the knarlys are by far the toughest and they grip damn good too.
  14. If you could make one for a decent price I might be interested
  15. They act like a skidplate for your sprocket I guess is the way to put it....better ground clearance than a traditional skidplate....Unfortunatley they don't make them for a banshee that i know of...i tried a few different companys and had no luck.
  16. I would still plug them some how...I can't see it beeing good to have open holes in your exhaust.
  17. yah but whoever had the pipes before you probaly drilled them for exhaust temp guages. I have seen it many times on banshees around here.
  18. If they are both in the same spot on each side then I would say that the person before you had a Digitron or some other kind of exhaust temp guage.
  19. There are plenty of members on here that know much more than me and I'm sure them chime in but I would have to say that there are way too many variables to give an exact time. I have been on the same top end for 3 seasons now with no trouble, but my buddy has done 3 topends in 2 seasons. I belive it has alot to do with proper set up and regular maintance. thats my 2cents anyways
  20. Yah thats one shitty thing about living here in canada. I have been getting stuff from ebay for 3 years now and I have got some great deals and I have gotten ripped off bad. Its a gamble. I did learn one thing tho, If whatever you order is shipped UPS then you will get raped for it when it crosses the border and usually have to pay brokerage fees. When ever its shipped USPS it always takes a bit longer but i have never had to pay any extra fees. I have a yamaha dealer close to me and i think i paid 15 bucks or so for a puller. Are there no dealers near you?
  21. I also have the same one and I have never had my shee overheat. I am not riding in the dunes tho, maybe its a little cooler up here in canada.
  22. Those kfx 450 shocks look alot like stock banshee shocks.
