  1. I pulled the head off before i went to the dunes and it looked ok. I ran it all of 10 minutes and it bogged. the hole is in the very center of the piston. You can see the connecting rod through the top of the piston. Jetting could be a problem but i dunno. it was the same temp at both locations. I didnt have a air leak did that test and a coolant test on it. What are the other test that you are talkin about? and how do u do them?
  2. I got a 2 into 1 intake and it ran just fine and jetted fine. I just dont know..
  3. the left side was dark and the right side that had the hole in the piston was grey and dark.
  4. My banshee bogged on me at the Dunes over Memorial , brought it home and pulled the motor. I had no compression on the right side again. Motor only had 4 hours on a fresh rebuild. I pull the head off it and there was a hole in the center of the piston. I run 19cc domes, 110 octane with Caster 927. What would have caused this? the other side looks a little warm on top also. I dont have a air leak ither. Im lost......

  7. I bought a Graydon 2into1. Its got a Mikuni 35mm,TM D slide. I dont know the Jetting it has in it right now but im lookin for some help to get me close. It has a clamp on K&N filter. Im running Delta 2's, Chosen Performance Cool head, 19cc domes, bored .30 over, Hot Rod stock lenght crank, and Toomey T5's. Give me a close shot and ill work it in from there. My elevation is 659 ft above. Thanks guys.

  9. I bought a Oring kit from Chozen, i dont need longer head studs because the Chozen Cool Head is one piece. So waiting for them come friday and then the SHEE will live again Has not ran in 4 months, Had a little rebuilding to do to Her....
  10. I bought a used cool head the other day, and i have a few questions on it. This is the first cool head ive put on a banshee, so, when you go to install it on the top of the jugs, you put the o-rings on the head then set it down. But do u still use the stock head gasket or no? Also how do u get the o-rings to stay in the head while setting it down on the jugs? Could this be due to needing new O-rings? If so where do i find O-Rings for a Chozen Preformance Cool head? Thers only 4 o-rings, the cylinder ones and the outter rings, Do u think these would be the same as the Mod Quad or Cool Head O-ring kits? NEED HELP I guess
  11. So basicly even goin from stock carbs up to this Trinity 2 into 1 i will gain alot on the low end and more on top end even over the stock carbs tru?
  12. I do alot of Dragging and stuff like that, but mainly around here at home on the roads and feilds. U think my 9 paddles hold me back on my top end tho? What if i went with some 22x10x8 8 Paddles?
  13. Ok, ive read alot of forums on this Trinity stage 4 intake 2 into 1, and not one really awnsered the question im looking for. I do mostly dune riding and trail riding, around Michigan. The question i have is will it work good for me on a NoN Ported engine. with the mod in my sig. Is it worth it , will there be increased power im goin to get? Help me out.

  16. i Run V-FOrce 2's, Great Response But people say bad problems with them, When it happens to me then I might Switch to 3's But until them the 2's are killer
  17. I have to rebuild my shee and i was wondering if it was worth the money to get a Big Bore 404 Sleeve and Piston kit. Im just wondering if its worth taking my jugs and having the sleeve installed and then rebuild the motor, for the hp ill get from it. Im in the total rebuilding stage right now, i have 34 mm carbs goin back on and a Hot Rod normal lenght crank. and with the 404 kit do i need to get a different head, like a cool head with different domes. Just wondering, ill be running CPI inframes or Rockets afterwards, and selling my TR6's Is the money worth it?
  18. Ive been running my snow and ice tires for 2 years now, there a set of 20x10x9 turf tamers with 4 screws per lug, so i got like 1300 Cold cuts per rear tire. We run our shee on the ice mainly and ride the rivers during the winter, and i have never had one pull our or spin, its a hook and go Its a little over kill but hey I payed 40 bucks for the set with the rims, tires and screws already done. No Complaints here on them. But i got a set of Paddle Masters now to run throw the snow around here on the roads and feilds, I live in the Country. And there worth the money if you want to fly by your buddys They Throw some Rooooostersssssssss
  19. I say a White or Lite Gold Flake...... Killer looks in the sun I just powdercoated my shee frame at work... Black with a Red Flake in it.. Totally different look in the sun
  20. Yea u need Spark arrestors, but the travel time would be worth it to come to Michigan, Silver Lake is fun on memorial, 4th and laborday weekends cuz u see some crazy shit go down.... Sand is the best way to ride
  21. Can you add just the +4 degree Key or do u have to do other stuff along with it? And is it worth getting? I ride Dunes and Trails?
  22. Hey 420 Racing i have a question, i see that you are in Michigan, i was wondering if u need a special tag for ridin this winter on the Ice beside the ORV sticker? Im new to the Winter Banshee riding but i bought a set of rear tires with Screws in them and im ready to Raise Hell this winter
  23. I contacted Toomey on her problems and they told me to buy a dyno Jet kit. IT came with 270 280 and 340 mains. Its running good at the 600 ft elevation we live at. it got great throttle respones and is great top end. 340 Main Jets Stock Pilots and air screws 1and a half turns out. Her SHEE ScReAmS

  25. I have a 87 Banshee with the 4 prong rear sprocket hub. I cant find any sprockets smaller than a 42t to fit the older hubs. So my question is can i put a new style sprocket hub on my 87 shee? the hub of the newer ones have six prongs to hold the sproket on and that way i can get a smaller sprocket to fine tune and increase my top end speed.
