I am still here. I talked to them last friday. They were re-tooling for the redesigned silencers. The head pipes are done.I will check the progress this Friday as well. And no....NOS350x.You have to buy a complete system.

What kind of sucks... The guy that posted the thread, probably was like...WTF???? Will he be back? Who knows. He could quite possibly go to others, and talk of his experience on here..That would deter more from signing up. There was about 6-9 posts of USEFULL info for the guy, that got moved to this Trashbin ( dirty pampers) forum.. It would be nice to see the Mods take a little more inititave, and weed out the fighting (and fighters if needed) of this thread (and other threads) , leave the dribble in here, and restore the original thread of usefull bits... For a couple of reasons... 1..you want the site to grow. So when a new guy sees this kind of garbage, why would he care to come back? 2..The guys that offered help, their info just got burried under the dirty diapers of this thread...So why would they want to help anymore? It rips the very fabric of what the site should be for...Info..... Honestly...His thread turned into a kindergarten playground fight.... I have been here for like 5 years...Then I left... I never had chain problems with the 12-41 set-up. I ran this set-up on 3 shees for over 7 years.

Holy Cow..The poor guy that started the thread left,after the fighting started If he is still listnening, Go get you a 2into1 pipe,on ebay for about 200 bucks, a set of Boyeson reeds and some 240 main jets, and a 12 tooth frt sprocket..For less than 300 bucks, you wont believe how much low end you will gain. I rode my Bansh for years on the knarliest trails you can find with that set-up,out tuorqed raptors and 450's and loved it..I use to challenge them guys, who could go the slowest uphills.I would stop and wait for them,let them pass, then take off mid hill and be the last to the top.

No need for concern. We spoke with them Last Friday the 13th. They said 2-3 weeks. Probably 2 weeks. Keep in Mind it will take us 3-5 days to box and ship out all 12 sets. As soon as they get here, We will post pics.. Mountain of Chrome..Yumm

If you can find a set of Mud machines....Get em! They are heavy,that is thier only downfall. 22-12x9, Knarly trails, mud and hills they rock. From what I understand at the last time I spoke with them,They are only running 35 sets this time around. The rest will be Aliens. We have nailed down 12 sets.. That leaves 23 for the mass public.. As far as performance from them,I think many of you will be very happy. There is a lot of misconceptions about how they perform.

If that thing runs as good as it looks, that trike will OWN 98% of things it goes against,with the right rider on it..Anyone who thinks different is sorely mistaken.. My friend has one..86 T-3 with a KX 500 Motor built to a 580 that runs on Alky with a outframe and plus 10 swinger. At Trikefest 2007, he finished 2nd to only 1 thing.. These things were crankin 300 feet in the very low 4 second range. A guy brought a CBR 900RR with a trike swinger on it..That was the only thing that beat it. Your left side main crank bearing locked up.Probably was bad before the rebuild. The smashed head and debris, is from the crank bearings going up on top the piston,and smashing the head. Pull the stator cover off. I bet it is full of rust and dirt and the flywheel moves up and down about a 1/4 inch.. Common with Banshees,that are not maintaned. Water and dirt gets in the stator cover, ruins the crank seal,then ruins the crank bearing..

There are a lot of women that own and ride Banshee's...More than you know of.. My wife has been riding a shee for 6 years... I know a few that will only ride 2 strokes,and a handful that even MX race ATC 250r's... And many of them can hang right with the guys,or even better!

Ok got off the phone with them.. I appologize, I stated before the Aliens were different than the 916's. The head pipes are the same....Only the silencers were different. However, they WILL NOT run just silencers... They want you / us to buy the whole system. They are still waiting for the numbers to run more. Apparently, they are running 75 total sets. Some of the Aliens,and some of the 916's.. But we need at least 25 order interests, for them to run the 916 system. My offer still stands....If you want a set of 916's for $525 shipped in the lower 48 states, jump in on this pre-order.... I can ship to Australia. Another guy from there wants a set. He had a set shipped to him,and told me the price was around $100 american dollars for shipping. I cant get a accurate price until I see how big the box is and the weight of it. As far as the aliens,They are a whole different system. They dont perform in the same way as the 916 does. They also dont have that wicked sound to them.

Well, Would YOU shell out 7 grand out of your own pocket? And hope to move them fast? But take the chance on sitting on them for longer than expected? I planned on having to pick up 1 or maybe 2 extra sets to complet the order.That right there is a 1000$ sacrifice to help make it happen for everyone else on our part. Then sell them on ebay. And the guys who didnt preorder can pay the 600 dollar plus shipping price tag.. That is the penalty, for not jumping in on the pre order. We do this to help everyone out. I think a 20% discount off, (remember shipped) to forum members is a good deal. Where else will you buy them less than that? If you are lucky enough, you may find a DirtWheels add that sells them for 550-575 shipped..If they ever get made again.... Hence why we need people to step up now! They said they would only run a set of 50... At this time, they said if we can assure 25 sets,they will run them.. 12 on their list and so far 5 on ours.
