Lots of painters and lots of designs...i personally like simple designs..many options, true fire, regular flames, scallops, its all your preference..heres a pic of my true fire paint done by myself.

actually i'm runnin a motor with a full drag port and cpis and i'm still runnin stock carbs with 450 jets..tried to sets of bigger carbs but stock worked best lol thats not very nice..lol..i'd rather be a fast asshole with cpi's than an asshole because i have weak pipes -
hey icecold..anytime is a good time for me..let me know in advance when you wanna meet me up there..i'm just an hour and a half south of the dunes so i can meet u there anytime you want..my bike is duneable but i always end up at the strip..lol..it addicting to me..i'll do some duning with you if you wanna meet me there..i like to go explore the dunes..i love the sand whether i'm dragging or trail riding..i look kinda out of place duning with an extended shee thats custom painted but oh well lol..give me a shout man

i think my stock cyls on gas are all i need..i'm makin way more than 72hp on stock cyls and stock crank..i ran a 4 mil cub on alky (not sure about the portwork) and i was puttin a good 3 bikes on him and he couldnt believe it...jeff does great work..i enjoy beatin big bikes with my stock cyls too much to try anything else...so far as the big motors tq..yeah they make alot more torque and will be better in hillshooting but they are too hard to get all the power to the ground in a flat drag..more hp and less tq(like the cubs) are what you want because the power will hook up better while the big motors torque the tires into a spin -
F.A.S.T. Racing..my bike runs so strong that people think its a stroker..mines a full blown drag port and i beat most stroked alky bikes i race..never had another gas bike beat me or pull me on topend..my bike still has bottom end as well..i ride it around my house and play around on it all the time..jeff at F.A.S.T. is the best guy i have ever dealt with..i would stay away from the big names like trinity, lrd, ct, etc etc...pm me if you want the number to F.A.S.T. Racing

i'm in anadarko..right near chickasha if you know where that is..i wouldnt mind makin a trip to Little Sahara and meetin you up there sometime...aimin to go this weekend..i drag alot though so you might not have too much fun with me lol

two of my buddies have/had dmc's and one is runnin ported cyls and the other running unported cyls..my buddy with the unported cyls loves the pipes but my buddy that got portwork done doesnt like the way the pipes react to porting...i rode the bike when he ported it and i didnt think it ran as strong as it should so we put a set of toomeys i had layin around on it and he has never takin the toomeys off..the bike ran alot stronger with the toomeys...theyre a very nice sounding pipe and they are good for all around riding whether its at the track on the trails or in the dunes..i highly reccomend the toomey t-5's..i've ran many pipes and for overrall riding the toomeys are the best on a ported motor..they react very well to mods..you can drag race with 'em or trail ride..thats what i like about them..if you dont care to sacrifice a little bottom then cpi's are what you want..they just arent as great on the trails as the t-5's but the cpi's have more mid to top pull for sure..i drag the majority of the time so i run cpi's but sounds like you would be the happiest with t-5's..just my 2 cents -
hmm..last i checked this site is called BANSHEEHQ..not TRAILBANSHEEHQ..i guess if this site is just for trailriders than see ya later..riding in circles through trees can be fun yes but it bores me..no excitement in it to me..just as drag racing is to you..i admit that drag racing with a piped banshee gets old..but i would rather make as much hp as i can and see how fast i can get from point A to point B and see how fast i can make my heart pound doin it..i thought this site was for banshee owners...not just ppl that ride their banshee in every aspect of riding..

i know the feeling..imagine having a $16,000 drag bike disappear! no insurance sucks man..was the bike modded or is it just a piped shee..most of the time if a thief gets hold of somethin too hot they put it in a ditch on a backroad..i was lucky enough they dumped mine unharmed right across the road from me! hope you get it back by some twist of fate! MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!

actually so far as repairs and mods i would have to say planetsand is the best site i have EVER visited..they know everything and anything..from trail bike to dune bike to drag bike..i like this site but why bash this guy..shit maybe i'll buy some pink raptor plastics and throw them on my drag bike then you can say "hey i got my ass handed to me by that pink rapshee"..and i dont think hes makin the banshee look bad hes makin the raptor look good..theres a fine line between stating opinion and bashing and i think its been crossed..how would you guys react if you were him? RIDE ON MAN!!

nice plastics but pucker up and cut those fronts lol...i personally dont like the fullbores(on most bikes)some look damn good though..i like painted stockers the best..just my opinion..i think you came out good though..look damn good

rider has alot to do with it! although i dont agree its all rider..if you have a nice setup with gearing etc and you can ride then you may have him beat..try different gearing when launching in second and see what you like..my bike is full drag ported and i run 10 paddle ultra light triple buffs and im gear with a 12 tooth up front and stock in the rear and i still have to kinda slip my clutch but i always launch in second..launching in first will put you dead last so you need a gear setup good for a 2nd gear launch..never know what gearing is best till you try ...even with my low gearing my 350 gasser will outpull most alky bikes on the topend due to high rpms i'm forced to use a small sprocket..its 70% setup 30% rider imo

like they say 8 paddles...if you get too much traction you wheely and you have to let off the gas..if you get just the right amount you will be able to stay into the gas the whole pass..imagine your'e running a 1200hp camaro and you wheely and get ur front cocked a little sideways and have to let out on the gas..now how does that effect your times..on a bike with a longer swingarm you have more weight distributed to the front therefore its harder to wheely

I have portwork and i do 300ft in 4.37@81mph best elapsed time..my friend has a stock shee and we used a radar and stopwatch and came up with a 7.3 sec 0-60mph time and he weighs around 300lbs..lol
