You WILL gain hp/Tq with packing and core installed correctly on inframes as they need that little bit of back pressure the way they are designed!! You WILL also make everyone else happier around you w/less noise. :thumbsup: Everytime i have ever repacked one w/no packing i can FEEL the difference in torque.

Not sure if it reads low or not but we have had our Play/Dune ports hit 70 hp on that same dyno. Do you maybe have Big bore pipes instead of small bore? Is your porting guy a builder or just someone who ground on your cyls? I would consult him and see what he says. 140 main seems really low to me for 34 pjs but maybe yours have different needles or something. Might borrow some inframes and dyno it again or just do lots of plug readings/chops.

For your setup 4-5 will prolly work the best ! You dont really have enough port duration to take advantage of more timing. Play with it at 4 or 5, jet it , and go have fun.

Threebond 1211 is what we use and it is NOT the same as Honda bond or Yama bond. It is MUCH nicer to work with and not as stringy as the other two. We keep it on hand but would be hard to get it to you on sat. now that it is Fri. morning. If you can get it local go with it.

That motor will run great at 5 degrees. I dont think you will need anymore timing unless you are on/off the throttle like MX or Drag racing. If you are running long trails, roads, open dunes, goofing, etc. then your fine where your at. 7 degrees will make alittle more power though IF you think you need it. 2004lebanshee, you will need to run 110 race with that setup! If that wont work call me as i didnt get your other message... That thing should pull the azz out of a rhino and be a damn fun play bike.

If you have the tors removed from your stock carbs then that cable will also work on your 34s. If not then like Jbooker said we carry them. Wesw, are you serious ? Someone actually stole your damn throttle cable? Wtf?? Thats crazy. I hate thieves!
