  1. Ya, curious to see if the SLP stuff takes off. I'd love to test a set out after seeing them on JDS motor.
  2. Gulp....... Those are actually my favorite all around regular in frames. I don't say it much though. Closest in comparison is the DMC's. At least on the big bore stock stroke motor I ran them on. They seem to still be able to rev very well. There are a lot of stock cylinder JSR motors out with them.
  3. Interesting...... Usually now would be the time to start tearing in to the transfers, but there's not really all that much to remove. Maybe get the roofs of them aimed at the center of the dome

  5. Uhh, why? They are not really gonna work on this little set up. Both Jim and Gary have stated they had/have NO intent for these to go on stock cyl motors. They were designed for motors 421cc and above. I'd assume a very high out put 400 CC motor may fair well but it's doubtful. The snipers have proven them selves, but need to see a lot of heat/volume to really shine.
  6. I wonder what streamline will do with he trinity name. This was in the works for a while. Hopefully they get it to the point that they are a company worth dealing with again. From what I understand they basically went through every item number and factored sales over a given time and if it wasn't up to snuff, they are dropping it. Not just banshee stuff. However, their numbers will be skewed as they would have probably sold more of any given part had they not had every one running for the hills whenever their name was mentioned.
  7. Look in to the new weiscos 1183xx? Not sure if they get you any lower then the 573 though. That's tricky. Might need another set of cylinders to start over.
  8. Sounds like some one just tossed a 7mm crank in a set up for much less stroke. You may have a lemon on your hands.

  12. ^ that's probably my favorite sound. Bit louder, but sounds tits. Otherwise, yes. R13 will work. Doesn't last long but sounds ok and quiets things down a bit. Shearer supposedly uses the same stuff his pipes are packed with for shipping. Owens Corning r13
  13. Wouldn't be surprised if many of their o rings interchange with other stuff. But you can buy the material and make your own pretty easily.

  17. Ya the plugs come apart pretty easily. You could even just get different plugs from Corey to make stuff work, but his actual adaptors are almost as cheap.

  19. You should make sure the head is sealed up and that it's not causing the coolant gurgle.
  20. Just a bit of touch up paint. Maybe some epoxy mixed to sort of match surrounding color.
