make sure that there is nothing in the pipes, like packing peanuts, makes for a bad experience. other wise jet,jet, jet and then jet.

looks like your piston fell in to your exhaust port. burn downs due to timing or lack of fuel show on the intake side of the piston. this looks like it caught and broke the edge, then the pieces just bounced around on top. there may have been some that went down the side, i would pull your crank and check. sorry dude
