Banshee came with some aftermarket clutch lever, well broke it today and can't seem to find one. where to buy? need one for this weekend

put a polaris 2 storke in my shee, now she rips...wait till i take it to the polaris dealer for mods then she will really rip...

Is there a rebuild kit for the front calipers. If so where to buy?, O there are some 03 raptor front brakes on ebay, anybody know if they will fit my 96 shee.

my sister in-law is trying to sell the banshee she put in her name for her boyfriend now their no longer together so she's stuck with it. Its has dmc 2-1 pipe, k&n pods, jetted, wolf mapping cdi, cut front fenders, cool head with 21cc domes, aftermarket chrome lights...everything else is stock. She'll take 3500 for it. Try to get some pics tomorrow. She lives in south texas. Could probable meet someone to show it if not to far.email for pics

opened up my carbs to mess with the needle and noticed some white stuff almost like grease on the bottom of the slides. Any ideas what this is. I was working on them when it started to mist so maybe it was the rain and oil not mixing.

How much lowend to you loose going to -4, and do you loose that much top end with +4. Does anybody run on the - side?

I don't think mine are all the way down. Do I bottom them out by the nut on top of the carb tops, then adjust idle.

How much of gap should there be from the slides to the bottom of the carb.

For the price of a Cbr929rr, you could get a used banshee and a new cbr600.

well I don't have the ari box, I have the pods..Right now I'm 30 pilots w/ 310mains with the needle in 3rd clip, air screw all the way in. Should I trying going to the 2nd from taperd end on the needle, that will richen it up or should I get a bigger pilot.

I've been wanting to go there, Met some friends that race in San antonio couple months ago and said they been to kermit. My wife has relatives in midland so maybe I'll drop her off and head up there soon

I've had a 1/4 trottle bog, I thought because the pilot in there was too big ^65^..So i went to a 30 and tried that. The more I turned the screws in the better it ran till they bottem out. I then look into mikuni website and this model vm28 came with stock 60 pilots and 290 mains. Could it be this model has to use 60's not the 65's that are in there now. Going to get some tommorrow to see what happens. Anybody mikuni guru's out there.

There is a guy at the local track runs a cr500 or kx500 on a extended blaster frame, I have the usual banshee mods: pipes, pods, +4, 21cc domes, cool head...The dirt drags are 240ft, He kicks everbody's ass. I haven't seen anybody been him yet. Motor is pretty much stock with pipes.

Try starting in 2nd gear, I bought some mxr's holeshots and they hookup alot better than stockers.
