  1. ok i still have my shee but i just bought a kawi and my friends all have the 450's. the suzuki handles better with it's width but factory settings on the suspension is a big concern. as far as the rest go with what options you want on your quad. money can fix any problem and win any drag race the question is what quad feels the best to you. i like the kawi because of the efi and reverse, it has great power and it will do any type of racing that i want to take it on. if i want to just drag i pull out the shee, anything else the kawi. nuff said

  4. i just found a guy in lansing, i don't know the name of the shop or anything but i found him on ebay last night if you want i'll send you the number i was going to check him out sometime this week
  5. we almost always run on pavement when we drag, and even on dirt those hd's hookup pretty d@mn good its not like he kills me he gets me by about 2 to 3 quad lengths until i hit the top end then i have about 5mph on him
  6. stock carbs but dialed in great, and i don't know who did the port job i bought the engine off e-bay after blowing mine up at silver lake
  7. as far as mods now i have port, polish, bored .020 over, forged pistons, fmf fatties with turbine core 2 silencers, boost bottle, timing plate advanced 4 deg, and i am running holeshot hd's in the rear with xc's in the front, oh and i have been running 14-41 gearing but am switching to 13-41, we drag all the time and i can get him in the long run but he has a lot done to his yfz too i can beat my cousins suzuki 450 and of course stomp his predator, and even beat most other 450's to but i have problems with that just that friend

  9. ok thanks guys i need the power my friends yfz450 still gets me in the drag and i need the power so this is the next step for me
  10. just wondering which coolhead you guys think i should run. i don't want to replace my studs and other than that i just need the extra power
  11. ok does anyone know about the suzuki. helping a friend jet his z455 and when he tops it out in fifth and lets off the trottle it cuts out and won't start again ill he turns the gas to prime then it runs fine . anyone know what could cause this?

  13. yeah it is the saints. i do have k&ns on it how can i bump the compression
  14. i blew the stock engine on my shee and now have one on order with .20 over and mild porting i am going to use my boost bottle and my fmf fattys with turbine core 2 silencers and waas wondering what other things i can do to tweak some power out of my shee
  15. ok here is a dmb question but i'm a virgin, do i need to pull the clutch and all the associated parts on the right side to split my case
