  1. what about if it took the treads out of the flywheel ? I went through two pullers on my friends bike and when I used the impact on the second one it took the treads out of the puller and the flywheel any ideas ??
  2. it runs great pulls real strong I tried calling tyson and they whould not answer the phone or respond to emails so some guys on here helped me with the jetting. it pulled real hard right up to the point the clutch said good night. time for a f.a.s.t clutch kit
  3. climers manual says .024 is the stock gap. I will try moving mine in some more and see if it takes care of the problem thanks for the help
  4. where is everyone running there spark plug gap at? I pulled my plugs and checked them and they where at .045 so I moved them into .024 and it helped with the breaking up, but it is still there slightly
  5. I have had a problem with the little nut on top of the spark plug rattling lose but I took both of them off and lock tighted them, would this cause my problem??
  6. when it brakes up yes, but when I come off the gas and let the rrrs die off alittle I have to clutch it back into the power band or I have to down shift a gear moving the needle seemed to help alittle but not that much, do I need bigger carbs to solve this??

  8. I used blue rtv on mine both times I installed my head and have not had any problems with doing so, just dont get carried away with it and let it dry before you install the head
  9. how much do you think it would be to ship these th michigan ?? 48114 let me know how much hp do did you have turning these?? I don't want to over paddle my bike but I like to hook hard

I think I have my jetting close my plug is looking good tanish brown after each ride, the problem is, when I come into the mid range and try to rev through the high end my bike starts breaking up and studering. is this a jetting problem or is my ignition taking a $h1t? also when I rev 5th and 6th gear out and let off it bogs when I get back into the gas, I have to dwn shift and rev the crap out of it to get back into the power band, will bigger carbs fix this ??
  11. put some sparkys on them and trough some steal whool under them when you get in take the sparkys off and the steal whool and have a blast, this is what I do, when the park rangers come around just ride off, circle around and go back to what you where doing, I have never had a problem with this just my 2 cents though take it or leave it

I would stay with the wisecos I ran a set of the pro x's in my yz 125 and it locked up when it got hot after you let it cool down it would start right up then get hot and lock back up again changed over to wiseco (which I ran for years before trying pro x's and never had a problem, la sleave redid the jug and set the clearences so I am not sure if it was there fault or if the pistons just sucked but when I changed it over to wisecos it ran great

  16. milan mi has an out door track with races every fridays and practice every wensday I think you have to get a membership to the MRA to ride there though (which you can get there) it is off of us23 exit 25 next to the drag way, they also have a sand drag way and a 1/4 mile pavement stip used to race dirt bikes at this track when I was younger was a good way to spend a friday night grandparents have a house in the irons area which is by peacock great place to ride and never been bothered by the dnr
  17. how do these compare to the shears or the rockets? power band rpm etc...?
  18. woops you must have posted while I was responding should I cut them or leave them stock? I am losing drag races because of bad tire spin and no traction with my stock tires

  21. av gas has alcohol in it and is not good to run in your banshee the gas alcohol mix will run alot hotter than just gas or just alcohol wil, they use this mixso the fuel will not freeze at high altatude I would look into having vp send you some or see if your local dealer could order you some cheaper race gas 110 turbo blue is only 3.89 in michigane by me l
  22. any body running the vitos pipes n there banshee?? how do they compare to the rockets and sheers ?? also what would make a bigger diffence on my big bore bike pipes first or bigger carbs?? also should I go 33's or 35's thanks for the help
  23. I ran 280 mains and 25 pilots with my 2 into 1 t5 set up also changed over to the dyno jet needles

  25. vitos emailed my back and said to go with a 350 main 30 pilot and they tryed selling me a set of there dyno jet needles, does anyone know if theres are the same as toomeys, they also said I am running to much timing, is this the case? I run straight 110 turbo blue at 32 to 1 so I don't think 7 degrees is to high any help would be great thanks what size is the stock pilot ??
