what are you talking about? is your shifter fuct or what ? you need to give more information about what its doing other than your a determined racer and its not downshifting ,sounds possibly like the return spring on your shift shaft.

with high compression could this new fuel be causing detonation at high revs? any small flecks of shit on your plugs? how much jetting change did you do and what sizes

your float in your carb is causing it to flood out its either stuck or not set correctly ,get out your manual and check for pin holes in it and to see if its working and set properly

shearers ,cpis ,and rockets are all kickass pipes and will perform (powerwise)pretty close to each other until you start getting into extraggant motor work from what ive seen and heard.

you must live in the himalayan mountains seriously though i think your main should be closer to a 280 and your pilot should be a 27.5 instead of a 30 ,its cutting out and falling on its face on top because its not getting enough fuel at high rpm ! its bogging off the idle because its getting too much fuel !

id contact duner on here ,he makes exhaust clamps for various pipes and for good prices too!

instead of building hybrid throtlle assemblys or fiddling with fishing equipment id just buy a damn cascade long throw lever ,its only 34$ and has ball bearings for ease and smoothness and its shiny billet bling and longer to prevent thumb fatigue ,gotta love bling with a purpose

my wife rides a 04 blaster ,never really had alot of experiance on quads ,in 30 minutes she had the clutch and shifting figured out pretty darn good ,our atvs have made us closer and given us a new way to share some fun we both enjoy together, a women often gets all hot and bothered after riding atvs so its a nice double bonus too
