ive got the tools here at home b/c my dads a car mechanic, which helps, but, ill see what i can find out then. i would like to open my own shop up here at home b/c i can do everything from like u said, basic oil change to a full motor tear down and re-build. it kindof helps to be able to prove ur skill in a small town

hum, i know when i put the stroker crank in my buddy's 03, we didnt need it. the 'shee look like a 350 with a Pro Design cool head, a Trinty 34 or 35 single carb and T6s, not a 400 with wisecos (got the kit from alba)

idk then, personally, id have to hear and ride the bike to give u any more ideas on where to go

here's some advice, buy ins. for the quad, burn it to the ground, collect the ins. $$$ and buy a 2-stroke!

if i can beat a 200 lbs. guy on a 450R(aftermarket exhaust, cant remember what, and a few other odds and ends) on my buddy's 03 'shee(i weigh about 170-ish, stock gears, 400 stroker, T-6s, cool head) in grass, then u should wax him. he would get me off the start b/c all i would do is spin 4 or 5 gears and then take off like a rocket and beat him 30 ft. from the end in a 300 yd or so race.

get a single carb kit, that way ull only have 1 to mess with then 2\ trinityracing.com

head gasket could be bad, my buddy's warrior would get really hot and a new gasket fixed it. hope this helps

also, if u go the route we did, get the single carb kit from trinity b/c that stroker kit will SUCK SOME GAS!(and now im going to get shot for even saying ALBA)

just use silicone on everything but the head, get a cool head that uses o-rings. that what i did to my buddy's 03 'shee and no probs so far (got the stroker kit from Alba and did rebuild about 4 mon or so ago)
