this may be off a little but i run royal purple engine oil in my '94 Z-28 and it works great. also use it in the tranny on my buddy's 03 banshee 10W30

thats it i built one of my buddy's shee with a 400 stroker crank, .30 over bore, trinty 2 into 1 carb, wisecos(sp) and a pro design cool head with 22cc domes and it get about 5 hrs or so, we had the stock carbs on right after the rebuild and could ride for more then 2 hrs and the tank would be completely dry(like u had just bought it brand spanking new)

the new yfz are up to 449cc instead of 439cc like the last 2 yrs (i believe). they r suppose to have longer steering stems, better seat and a new tire design

im in the same spot with my 87 lt 250. got it about 2 mons. ago, blew it up 2 days later, got it back together, 2 wks, melted the piston again, did that 2 more Xs, and now its time to bore. i call up trinity and they told me what i was doing wrong, staying in the gas in top gear too long(1st 2-stroke, use to riding 4-pokes) -
get a single carb kit from trinityracing. just put one on my buddy's shee, hell of a lot easier to adjust. only thing though is the price is kindof high, about $450 or $500, if i remember correctly. it makes the shee a lot easier to ride on trails

check all the bolt around the motor and see if they just might be loose. if not, i dont know what to tell ya

nope, sry to burst ur bubble, but i raced one of my buddies on the 400 banshee i built(run 80 mph b/c of a junk air filter, lost the k&n that bolted straight to the carb) it was slower, but not much

dont forget about the chain and wires r unhooked. did my 1st banshee last wk, had to put a crank in it. it was pretty easy

Deepwater here in MO isnt too bad. kindof helps if u know someone with a 4X4, but besides that its alright. One more thing, if u do come here, stay out the holes where u cant see the bottom, trust me i know from personal experince(sp). my warrior disappeared quicker then shit -
