yeah just call Toomey - they will get you a new one asap but if they dick with you - get a refund and buy some rocket pipes! they fit first time and every time

minor fender trimming(in middle of fronts) would be required - builder says about 1.5 inches or so paypal: i am not a verified member, so they dont charge by the 2.9% transaction fees, BUT i cant accept credit cards because of that and i dont want to upgrade just to lose $$$ most poeple have a balance or bank account hooked up anyways or they can pay via money order

actually he is right, you put a ground on, and a wire to the stator - thats it. alot cleaner than wrapping a plug around the wire, but that will work too...

$425 for bare metal, or $525 for chrome there are Sparky Spark Arrestors that fit perfectly they blow SSTs away by every aspect it is harder to get to the head, but to change the plugs, its easy from hte front, believe it or not

no you cant - the pipe end are different - the rz pipes BOLT up to rz cylinders banshee pipes slide on and are held with springs - you need to build or buy custom adapters for ANY pipe except RZ pipes whick will not fit in any way

great low end AND top end due to the design, like most banshee pipes, you have to rev these out, but no more than any other pipe made....

i have an extra rz harness for sale yes, you honestly only gain 5-10hp, my ported rz is making 56hp at 93mph, with stock head, very mild clean up port. usable power is alot better too the one on ebay is like 5000 bucks i know someone selling an rzmotor and elec - condition inside unknown for like 600 bucks plus shipping, it runs but probably needs a rebuild and you have to make adapter for pipes, and only a handful of pipes will fit it - including ROCKET pipes (email me, 425 bare, 525 triple chrome). hope this helps! its a fun project!
