Sounds like an air leak developed causing a lean condition,I would split them for sure, and do a leak down, before running it again

I am completely lost when it comes to jetting, so any help would be awesome. I just bought a complete motor from Zilla it has some porting but idk the numbers, I am also running keihen D slide 28mm with no air box uni's, FMF fatties, running 91 or 93 if I can find it and 32:1, I am at approx 1000ft above SL.... its hot as balls here right now (upper 90's) but isnt all the time what should I do so I can ride now and when it cools down too Thank You!!

Having your jetting dead on will keep your temperatures down, which does away with overflow, but even if your jetting is perfect, a long day in the sand at 95 degrees on a stock cooling system... right jetting or not shee's getting hot I do not use a coolant bottle, only issue is make sure you run the line away from your hands/ legs and exhaust

suspension upgrades are a good thing, especially on a banshee, first kick is a good thing but you should check the compression anyway when you go see it, he could have ran it for an hour before you got there you never know. and as far as plastics go use the search function to check what has sold here to get an idea on what you'll get for your money Oh and GO THUNDER
