just pick up some 35mm pwks with power jets installed . I have no idea what size main to put in there pilot or anything I know the stockers inside and out that's as far as it goes. the mods are; Gorr Port v-3's nosshead 21cc domes .40 prolites t3's +4 timing I will Also have K&n Pods, I know the pipes are junk. thats the next thing on the list. Besides intake boots, Will I need Reed Spacers also? 1/2 inch? Thanks for the info guys I'm at 700 above sea level. and right now the temp is 85 to 100 everyday.

I race my banshee in gncc started 2 years ago... personally i would rather ride my banshee out there than any 4 stroke you could throw at me. people may say the 450's handle better than banshees, personally I think its all about knowing your machine and how to throw it around. the last race i ran was in sparta kentucky last year and I finished 10th out of 37 guys and I was on my banshee not to mention its a j-arm shee feels good showing these guys on 450's what a little bit of skill and the fastest screaming 2 stroke twin cylinder quad can do when you mix them together.......basically it's just personal preference...Didn't intend to light a fire under anyones ass...so don't take it the wrong way...

yeah thats why I was wanting you intake...lol All i have is stockers and I'm not running them with the brandnew motor I built...so I'll sit still till I find what I want. I was supposed to recieve a graydon intake but instead I got some piece of shit that someone made where the carb wont even sit straight because the bowl hits the cases... paypal and ebay won't do shit about it either.

Got ripped off on Ebay, $100 down the drain. anybody have a 2 into1 forsale preferably graydon but trinity will do for now. looking for the whole system. let me know what you have. Josh

sounds pretty mean....hopefully I can get mine dialed in it's been down for almsot a year and I'm tired of riding 4 pokes and hopefully wont have a problem beating a couple of cammed 450's

that what i was looking for wallrat. Iwas wondering basically what the pros and cons may be: I'm wanting it to have good top with great bottom and still be snappy on the throttle, maybe 38 would be too big for what I'm looking for, tough rocky hill climbs, basically what you get when you ride in the mtns, but we still have a sand scene and alot of open fireroads, dont really know, never road a banshee with a 2 into 1 so maybe I'll have to tinker around a bit. thanks for the replys any more info would be great too.

just bought a graydon 2 into 1 intake but it doesnt have a carb . I was thinking about getiing somewhere around a 38mm and putting on it. I'll be running it with Gorr woods port paul turner midrange pipes +4 timing 21cc domes in the noss head any input would be nice. Also does anyone know what other carbs or what would work good with this combo?

Mines doing the same thing and boonman modded my shift star also. I already put my 2 cases back together, I've built way to many banshee engines to know if the tranny was fucked. I'm thinking where the engine doesn't really have a load on it that it keeping the shift star from acting the way it should or I may be wrong I don't know like trail rider said "We'll see when we get it back together" -
i got the Manual no help on this seal.. the stator side seal has notches on one side like the right hand side but thy'yre like down in it not exposed like the other seal. i have 2 other blown cranks i looked at them and just put the notches facing againt the crankshaft. they were all built by me. I've just been working on so many piece of shit thumpers that I can't remeber how my own shit goes. its brandnew motor top to bottom with porting crank everything just hate to see it blow because of a seal being in wrong

Been searching for like 1.5 hrs with nothing but idiotic answers to legit questions nobody seems to really know how this seal goes on. you get people saying.." I have a seal that has manufacturing marks on both sides and no green mark so how does this seal go on"? Then someone answers " You have to split the cases toput the seal on". Sorry Just a little frustrated from this big mess.. Nobody seems to know. I have the K&S crank seals and on the stator side crank seal. I can't remember how it goes. Yes there is springs on both sides, yes it has manu. marks on both sides but on one side the marks are on the inside and on the other they are on the outside. also one one side is is smooth and on the otheside it has like pits in it. anyone really know. thanksa lot Josh

Just need to know where to start yes I know about jetting ect ect. but I just done alot to my motor and have no idea where to start on jets. here the list and altitude. before the mods I was running 280 mains with stock pilots and the jetting was nailed so here ya go Gorr port cylinders nosshead 21cc domes stock carbs k&n no airbox lid t3 head pipes will be running ported reed cages (for a short time) boyesen carbon fiber reeds + 4 timing .40 over on the cylinders Altitude is 700 above sea level and the temp has been ranging from 65 to 80 degres right now please just try and put me in the neighborhood of where I should be thanks alot Josh

from what I have learned from his old forums on dirtrider.net is he is just going to munik I think for some short time he will be doing work over there at one of his friends shops but he will return to the states. He and one of his buddies will be opening a shop and they already have everything put together to open this shop upon his return. so as of what he says he hasn't left the states for good but just for short time and will return sometime in the future............... Well...... I got the cylinders today , and I have to say these things look awesome I can't wait to get everything back together. Eric made good on his side for taking so long, he gave me a free bore job and honed them up for free. They have been in since the 25th but as usual UPS fucked up and couldn't find the house so I had to go get them. That's getting old anyway just wanted to make good on his name. Don't ever want to bash someone that doesnt deserve it. later on guys Josh
