  1. You won't fix it, unless you split the cases. It's really that simple, and it's not that hard, or time consuming to do.
  2. Time to split the cases.
  3. The primitive/tent sites aren't spots you can reserve. They are still first come, first served spots. All spots with electric, and water have to be reserved, but you can only reserve them a maximum of 11 months ahead of time.
  4. Go buy yourself a Clymer's manual, and do some reading.
  5. How many turns open are your air mixture screws? They should be open 1.5-2.5 turns, and make sure both are set the same.
  6. Not sure about Alba, but using Trinity would be like taking cyanide. Use one of the site sponsors, and don't look back.
  7. The gas station on the south end of Waynoka sells flags, and they are a bit cheaper there, than at the dunes.
  8. If you don't have a Clymer's repair manual, now would be a good time to purchase one. Learn to use the Search function on here, and be prepared to read a lot.

  10. The caliper paint will work, as long as you cure it correctly. The cases will get hot enough to cure it, with a bit of run time.
  11. 15 pages of BULLSHIT over a product that has very limited to no availability. WTF is the point op?
  12. I've heard of several people running that combo, so if you get it jetted right, there will be no issues. Do a leak down test, and make sure that it's sealed up good.
  13. Anything to do with Ricky Stator is a huge problem. Everything they make is known to be bad from the start, or fail soon after installation.
  14. Replace the spark plug boots, check the pick-up gap on the flywheel, and replace the spark plugs. What brand of stator, and cdi did you use?
  15. Go here, and check with the site sponsors on the right side. http://www.bansheehq.com/
  16. Get some 27.5 pilot jets, and install them. Starting issues are the pilot jets, not the main, or needle.

  18. Stay away from eGay shit, and buy from site sponsors. If you want good parts, it's not going to be cheap, and if you want cheap parts, it's not going to be good. Call up FAST Racing, or any of the other sponsors.
  19. Start with that first, and see what happens. If that doesn't help, then you'll need to check for an air leak. The side not firing seems to be lean, so do check the easy stuff first.
  20. Remove the carbs one at a time. Take it apart, remove the pilot jet, and main jet. Clean them good. Reassemble. Install, and repeat for the other side.
  21. Are the pilot jets clean? Are the air mixture screws both adjusted the same amount of turns open?
  22. Just take a 1" paddle bit to that airbox lid, and let that motor breathe, or go with some pods like was mentioned above.
  23. Have the carbs been cleaned? What jetting does it currently have?
  24. Turning the air screw all of the way in is cutting off the air to the idle circuit, so when it's still idling high that means it's still lean. I'm running dual TM-34's, and I've got a stock cylinder 4 mil, ported, CPI's, and pods, and I'm running 40 pilots. Once you get your pilot right, your air screw will be 1.5-2 turns open.
