How can I test to see where my problem is?

Does moose racing build a good stator?

Damn I should have got on here before... I bought the banshee like it sits so I have no clue where to start

The tors has been taken off and all unplugged could that have anything to do with it?

Not sure on the stator bought it on ebay and the cdi is ricks

ive replaced the stator cdi stator rectifier kill switch and key switch im not sure how I can test to see whats wrong I bought a multi meter but im not too sure how to use it or what im looking for if possible someone please help me
