  1. My luck my heater wouldn't be on.
  2. Umm, can we ask the price tag? Or maybe just a hint?
  3. He doesn't stand a chance against that.
  4. It needs a proper burial, may shee RIP!!!
  5. I second the quicksands for the price. As for shocks, really depends on the riding you do. IMO you can't beat works shocks for dune riding. They are just plain smoother and softer than the other big names. Though I've been real curious about the dune edition elka's cause these are designed specifically for dunes and I hear they won't beat you to death like the others. Though I feel the works plushness is their downfall for mx use and others are better for doing mx style riding where a stiffer suspension is needed.
  6. Hook up is excellent and they are without a doubt the best striaght paddle tire made for all around duning. The only drawback I could find was when sidehilling, they slide very easy and it can be very discerning when your use to a v-blade.
  7. Check with alloyboltz.com and get their solid stainless steel swingarm bolt. Will never rust and stronger than the stock unit for around 50 dollars. I also have a nice stock bolt for 20 dollars if anyone is interested.
  8. Oh yea tomorrows the day!!! I almost forgot. Chances aren't very good for getting the noss head, but I'm gonna get head one way or another.
  9. Hell are we talking about the axle nuts that tighten up againt the sprocket hub? Mine kept coming loose on their own and you guys have a hard time getting it off.
  10. I have to second what Stephen said. People need to take note and write reviews like that. I myself try to cover all area's when doing a review such as this. I give you a 10/10 on the review.
  11. Well the red does look good too. Main reason I bought it was because the reviews I read at the time rated it the best clutch lever on the market.
  12. I have the works connection perch, it is pretty nice though, expensive like tats said.
  13. Wes, I know nobody deserves to get ripped off, but you have to know who your dealing with. Protect yourself a little better as not to trust someone with 6 posts and no BHQ reputation whatsoever. I feel for you man and hope everything works out. I just see this happening all to often when people deal with these new people. I personally wouldn't deal with such a new member as many of these people are just looking to rip someone off as it is so easy. Deal with only those that have a good reputation of buying and selling. Hopefully this guy will come forward and settle up like ASAP!!!!!
  14. If someone thinks synthetic is to blame for a slipping clutch I say they're FOS. I've used synthetic in my bikes and quads for the last 17yrs. Never a hint of a problem. I've used Mobil 1 15-50 in both my cbr929 for 5 yrs and my banshee for 6yrs and they both get plenty of drag time. The only anti-friction additive that I know of that will make a clutch slip is moly. Some oil manufacturers add this to their oil. You can check for additives from the oil company's product data sheets to avoid this. As far as Mobil making honda oil, I thought it was Castrol. Though some oil company's can move in and provide a better deal as well as a better product so it's possible. Yes all these motorcycle branded oils are made by your big conglomerate oil company's which these motorcycle manufactureres place their label on it and charge you double the price. Generally the only thing that is different between them is the viscosity ratings.
  15. Wow, the BHQ family is growing by the day. Cold weather must bring people together for some indoor activities. Congrats PK!!!
  16. Don't just tell us about it, let us see it.
  17. Mobil 1 MX2T, there is no other!!!!!
  18. Happy Birthday Stan!!!
  19. Absolutely!!!
  20. Looked like the result of some over inflated balloon tires. See how bouncy those things were at the end? I know a guy that was paralyzed from doing just that. His motorcycle hit him in the back of the neck.
  21. Justin, try to think "outside the box". Just because they don't use Banshee in the article doesn't mean it cannot apply. The recommended drain interval for a car is 3k miles, no one rides even that many miles before they change thier case oil on the banshee. Try to think in relationship terms. If you normally change your regular oil every 10 hours of ride time, you could theoretically go 30 hours with a synthetic. Try to apply it in your specific situation and skip the literals. No they don't freakin mean run your banshee 15000 miles and then change your oil. Does it apply for 2 strokes? It absolutely does for me!!
  22. Wouldn't that be like buying a corvette then buying a camaro body for it ? Makes absolutely no sense.
  23. When you finish it, let me know what it said. Was too long for me too.
  24. I guess that's why most big companies have fratenization policies. I'm sure for the most part is it allows things to happen which aren't necessarily in the best interest of the company. But we can tell you all the bad things that are going to happen if you continue the relationship, but your still going to continue to bang her. It's just in our nature to destroy ourselves for sex.
  25. Congrats on the new addition in the making. Time to start putting back a quad fund.
