I only use wd-40 on my chain. Other stuff slings everywhere. I'd just rather replace chains and sprockets more often than clean the mess.

I can't imagine filing on a carb for it to fit. Maybe a little work on the intake but he really needs a bigger intake boot. PM rocketpig, he works for Trinity and can help you guys out.

I wouldn't count on those fitting some fmf silencers. Those are designed so you won't need mid-pipe clamps when used with the Trinity silencers. Contact rocketpig, you can get the entire set complete for 560.

You need to make sure your frame is straight, a slight tweak will throw your pipe mounting out of wack. This is the first time I've ever heard of a Trinity pipe not fitting perfectly. These area's your talking about aren't even close on mine. The only problem I could see happening is maybe damage in shipment, possibly bending the pipes. Honestly though I would check your frame first then send them to Trinity and have them sit them back in their jig and see how they fit. It's possible something could of been out of wack somewhere but those pipes have to be built in a jig set-up so every pipe is near identical and if you have those problems and so would everyone else. This just isn't the case though.

My wife grew up racing and riding mc's. She's from a big motorcycle racing family. So everytime she gets on my shee or a mc, she scares the living shit outa me. I think it's great when she rides but I just can't bear to watch. She can wheelie my banshee way farther than me. She just needs to stick to the kids quads.

Their pipes are designed for their stage 4 motors. I'm sure they will work good with other motors, but it's really a crap shoot as to how good. I know they had a dyno comparison but it was with their stage 4 porting. They absolutely do not recommend cpi's for their stage 4 mx/tt or drag port work. Of course thier porting matches the stage 4 pipes. That's the benefit of having a porter that also builds pipes. You just can't find a better system that compliments each other than having some custom fabricated pipes for your motor.

Works Connection pro-perch. Their may be some as good but I doubt any better. They're close to a 100 dollars. I think magic racing and maybe rocky mountain has them. They may be a little cheaper now-a-days.

You need to check stator and coil resistance parameters. If they are ok then yes it will more than likely be your cdi. Though don't replace it untill you check the other 2. Do a search if you need the specs and how to test them. I posted it before in another thread.

Holy hell you already dented those pipes? Good excuse to go get a set of trinity ss pipes now. You dent those it would of broke your leg.

Actually PTT, these hybrids are incredible. You can't tell any difference from battery to engine power. I know the hybrid honda accord has a higher rated horsepower than the standard accord. Edit: damn 3 reply's before I could get mine off, anyway I guess you got the message. lol

Hell Bush has been trying to get it where we don't need to import oil from oversea's to meet our demands. It's the damn tree huggers and democrats that don't want us drilling in alaska and some of our national parks where our greatest oil reserves are.
