  2. what are you doing riding a banshee and going mudding?? but to answer your question 21" tires would do fine, id try and go with something with the treads providing forward traction if its in the mud, like mudbugs or gators..but then again i never would go "mudding" w/ a banshee so im not really sure..

  4. i agree with you banchetta except for three of those quads,. i think if you get a banshee to hook up and not spin it would beat the raptor,400ex and 250r, now this is with a banshee hooking up and all 4 quads stock, but hey.. banshees arent meant to be left stock.. so mod the hell out of them and whoop everyones ass..plain and simple

  8. why does he need to run high octane gas? high octane is for high compression so it doesnt detonate as soon i believe?? and it says no where that he has a milled head or a aftermarket head with bigger domes...therefore 93 octane would be fine..
  9. i call BS untill i see a video, i go out to houston motorsports park pretty often and they do a thing called, quads VS. bikes and the bigbore strokers streched out the ass that DONT pop up have trouble beating the street bikes, and keep in mind these arent drag bikes just regular gixxers and cbrs and things just ordinary bikes. i highly doubt your staying with any cbr unless its being pushed.. get me a video then ill delete this post
  10. what kind of porting are you wanting,?? some good reputable places are, patriot, passion racing, eric gorr, grand river racing, southern style racing ,a&s, etc., just a few theres loads of diff. companies who do porting, try a search on here and youll have enough for a whole week to read about good luck
  11. might as well leave it on there it doesnt hurt anything and, may give you a tiny bit of throttle response, but if not it just acts as a big crossover tube, leave it on
  12. yep, like wallrat said, the ball bearing welded it self to the rod and now your clutch doesnt act right, i cant tell you what to do r how to fix it , i just know what hapened, good luck

  15. ive got one and love it, you can really tell a differance in the 4 diff. power curves you can choose from, all i did was take the old one off and plug in the new one, and that was it. i didnt buy they cables to make your own curves but if your serious about dragging that would be a nice option if you new what you were doing.

  17. jason i made the exact change youe thinking about and if your going to get more porting i think its well worth it for carbs and pipe with the kind of riding you do, 34mm pj's and a set of c.p.i.'s would do awsome for you, -Blake
  18. well this track was 5th gear throgh the corners and 6th gear down the straightaways so we w3ere allways in the top-end
  19. the weay me shee is lowered is in the back i have the adjustable lowering block and in the ffont i run 300 ex shocks
  20. im not sure non this but i think that triple rate shocks are more for mx, and resist bottoming better and dual rate are for less hard use not sure just figured id try and help ya out

  22. alright guys, this weekend my buddy calls me up and asked if i wanted to go do some mx at his track on dirtbikes, ive only had my bike (an 04 yz125) for a year this christmas and never ride it so i was stoked to get to go ride it for a day at the track, so he come picks me up and we load up my shit into his dads truck and were off to the track, we get there and have to help his dad with a couple things with thre dump truck we get that done and were ready to go ride, so we styarted getting our gear on and everything and get out there on the track, im cruisin around pretty good hittin the jumps and stuff and clearing mostly everything, we come in take a break and decide to go back out, so weve made about 15 laps and my friend catches up to me goin into a corner, i see him out of the side of my eye and pop the clutch and get on the gas hard coming out of the corner spewing him w/ a good ol' 2-stroke roost, i hit the finish line jump and as im leaving the face i my back end hit a kicker and threw my back end up about 3 feet higher than the front end which was already lower for the landing of the jump, so by now im practically straight up in the air wi mfront end facing down, i know im about to eat shit and all the sudden i just smack the ground and roll off the side of the track, there goes a year old dirtbike cartwheeling 4 times down the straightaway after i realize what just happened i then feel the throbbing in my wrist and realize it looks like theres 2 eggs under my skin which were big lumps from where it broke in two places, just got out of cast 4 months ago for a broke leg in 3 places from the shee my moms been saying were selling everything ive ever drove with wheels and a motor but 5 weeks from now ill have her talkeds out of it, sorry for the long post, just wanted to share my story of bad luck somewhere.. -Blake
  23. ive never been but would love to go, i broke my arm saturday from going over the bars in the air doin mx on a dirtbike.. so i cant go to tulsa just to watch, but in 06 by god ill be there!
