  1. I was riding my sisters dirt bike the other day and i love the way i can pull the front wheel off the ground in any gear. I really want my banshee to do this. If i go with a 13 teeth front sproket would that give me low end and pull up to front wheeles easyer?
  2. I have 93 banshee pretty much stock except some nefs, holeshot rears, and a k@n. Im geting some t-5's soon also . For x mas i got a giftcard for $200 to a local motorcycle shop. Anywayz what should be my next mod, i was thinkin for v force reeds but not too sure. I just wanna get the most bang for the buck. thanks in advance. And merry x-mas .

  5. I forgot what its actually called but i want to cut some of the nobby's off for better traction but i dont know a pattern. I have a bone stock banshee except a filter and it still will never hook up well even on dry pavemnt. Also what are some pros and cons for doing this and i do somtimes ride down my street to get to a place to ride. I ride in some gravel dirt rodes and sometimes grassy feilds if that helps any. thanks for the help.

  8. ok i got my banshee from my cousin not to long ago and im starting to learn more about it. he put a k&n on it and he said he didnt rejet. wouldnt i be running lean if he didnt? and if he didnt what jets should i change to? oh yeah and i live in the detroit mi area. thanks in advance
  9. i normally run 93 octane and i use one bottle of klotz to 5 gallons not sure the ratio but i was wondering if i could run 101 octane. i found a gas station up the road that has it. and is worth the money? i hear that it burns cleaner? thanks in advance

  11. i have a pretty much stock banshee just a k&n, and gettin pipes in a week or so. i was wondering if i went down to a 13 front sprocket and 41 in the back if it would be worth it. i dont really get all the way wide open i can hit 6th where i ride but not for long so i was thinkin maybe drop a tooth.

  14. I was wondering if i should do a tune up be for winter. If so what should i do cause im ganna ride it in the winter. Is there special fluids i need to put in or anything like that.? Im new to the banshee and havent even had it a full year yet so i dont know what to do . thanks in advance for the help

  16. i painted my seat cover. i put a post on here and someone said i could do it with vinyl paint. well i used vinyl paint and its been drying for like 4 days now and its still sticky. it doesnt come off but liek you can leave fingure prints in it. i wiped it down with cold water and it seams fine until it drys again. what do i do? did i do somthin wrong? thanks in advance.

  19. ok i bought a clymer manuel and it says you need a tool thing to make it idle and thats bs so i thought id ask some one on here. i have a twist throttle conversion and im not sure how to make it idle now. i twisted the big silver screws on the top of the carbs and it idles perfect but when i rev it up the screws are so lose that they turn from vibration. is that where i make it idle or is it the brass screws on the sides not the air screw? and if its the ones on top is there a lock tight i use or somthing? please help me i hate haveing to keep reving it up when im sittin there. thanks guys

  22. i got it to idle perfect by turning the big silver screws on the top of the carbs but they seem loose now and when i rev it up they move. did i do it wrong or is there somthing i didnt do? thanks in advance for the help
  23. my banshee hasnt been runnin so good lately and i dont know why. iv changed the plugs cleaned the carbs and air filter. it seems liek it wants to bog in the low end a lot. and it wont idle any more either. oh yeah and gas comes out of the over flow for some reason but the floats arnt stuck. i know that when ever gas comes out the over flow that its the floats but why would it just start doing it out of know where? thanks in advance for the help
  24. its called engine restorer its in a chrome can its on tv all the time. and it says that it improves compression. i got a 91 and im sure its loosing compression after 13 years. so i was wondering if i could use it.
