Is there a freaking manual somewhere for what those needles do? I was on magic and there are like a bazillion different needles for those carbs.

Do you guys run any of the other needles or just what came with your carbs? From my searching it sounds like there are a bunch of different needles out there. Which ones are better for what kinda stuff, or is it just personal pref?

Ha Ha Ha! If you stole them I would kick your ass. I lost two other damn auctions for some 33's last month. Missed them by like $2 because I slept in. I wasn't going to lose these. I can't wait to ride down at lower elevations. My normal riding is no lower than 7000ft. Sea level would blow my mind. We have to run 18 or 17cc domes to get up to 150psi compression. It sucks. You can run 91 octane gas with 17cc domes up here. Pretty funny. Thanks for the jetting help, I will start in there. Probably one or two higher just to be safe.

I just picked up a set of 33mm pwk's. I have absolutely no experience with these. I was wondering if some of the keihin guys could give me a good starting point for jetting. These are going to be for my cubs, but I want to test them out on my setup right now. T5's Clamp On K&N Other mods in sig. Ride around 7500ft. I run stock carbs right now with 290 main and 25 pilot, needle on 4th clip. If that helps. What pilot / mains should I start at? I'm going to buy the whole span of jets for when I travel. Thanks guys.

Hard to tell if you have all the pieces. Although I bought my 87 off ebay and got it in a COUPLE rubbermaid bucket thingy's. Took me about a week to put it together, and only had to spend about $130 on parts that were not there. I only paid $400 for mine though. Not a bad deal.
