i think a raptor is a good shitkicking quad (back up bike lol) u can beat it and as long as u do the oil changes it will never die and as for the tippy part it cant be any worse then a tri-z 3wheeler all u gotta do is get used 2 riding it and its alot cheaper on gaz then a banshee once u got a shee and a craptor u got best of both worlds ( of corse the shee is still king ) if it was a good deal i would jump all over a craptor lol my back up bike is a 01 400ex and its come in handy more times then one Glenn :beer:

well i got a complet bottom end for $250 canadian and i got 2 .050 over jugs for $50 canadian ( lucky me lol) so im gonna make a quick motor just 2 use the poor bike LOL but untilo i get the motor together im still gonna :baseball_wibble: like a girl and i plan on makein a cub ( maby) if i can afford it over the winter ( chrome everything LOL)

well i get my pipes my silincers my new carbs and boost bottle off of ebay i put some oil in the bottom end (because the head was off at the machine shop being shaved) i put a new .025 over top end in the meantime i put my new clutch in it my new water pump prop and other dodads i get the head back put it all back together and for got about the oil in the bottom end kick it a few times it fires it hyro locks and bends a rod so i pull it back apart ( lucky for me i work for a machine shop ) i had the cylinder crack tested and it turns out the rod bent cracked the new piston cracked the sleve and cracked the casting of the cylinder!!! so now im back 2 stage one never again will i ever forget about the oil in the crank case :baseball_wibble: short story but i figerd i would share

well first thing is first get yourself a test light check 2 see if theres power comming out of the bottom end if there is then check to see if theres power getting 2 your resistor (cant spell lol) and if theres power there then check 2 see if there power at your light switch if theres power then check 2 see if theres power at your light socket if theres power there check all your grounds then check your ground that runs from your motor( the black wire comming from your bottom end) to the frame hope this helps :ninja: Glenn

i think a good all around pipe would be fmf fattys up front and power core2 silincers with a k@n air filter and no air box lid and boost bottle will relly wake up your banshee

well the screw closeist to where the air box pluges on it the air fuel mixture screw if u were messing wit it then that is your problem screw the screw in all the way and back it out 1 and a half turns then try it the screw in the middle of the carbs in the idel screw play wit that after u get it runnin good again hope this helps :ninja: Glenn

i have a good friend working the part counter at a dealer i got all the top ene kit ie(wristpin,gaskets,bearings,c-clips,pistons,rings,) for $230 canadian they wanted $95 a piston for wisco lol so i said meh might as well try yamaha pistons

sure it is take a very very fine sand paper and snad the kick start down then take some poshing compound ( i relly like Mothers) and rub away until u like the shink then make sure theres no oil on the kick starter and then clear coat it 2 keep it from rusting hope this helps p.s how do u get your phot from bike pics to show up where your signature would go???
