I know a guy who has been drunk for 18 years, busted on several occasions, dui's, stumbling on private property drunk, pissing on a dunkin donuts He just got his last dui, was put under house arrest. He has a designated phone, the cops call about every half hour, ask questions like name a four digit number, then say it backwards. If he don't answer the phone, they come and arrest him. Also about once a week they give him a blood test for alcohol. He can't drive, but he works about a half mile form his house, so he gets a 15 minute window to walk there. He's been doing great, totally different person, hasn't touched a beer since then. You could try rehab but that didn't work for him, so I would suggest something like this if it is really serious.

I don't hate them, but they're just BORING AS HELL! Don't get me wrong, they can go pretty fast, especially the yfz, but they just don't come anywhere near the adrenaline level of a banshee.

well said I never carry more than a few bills and maybe keys or something in my pocket. NEVER use a wallet, always tell people to keep the change (coins only), and cell phone has to be clipped on the outside of one of my pockets. Nothing I own is stock either. Whether it be a bolt-on flowmaster (truck) or a full on rebuild (maverick, 'shee). Even my lawnmower has been modified. Damn I love the hq.

Those new brakes must be pretty damn good brakes to go from 100-0 in his backyard. Man I wish I had the money to get a power-band clutch. Those dual carbs are probably as expensive as that trick liquid cooling system, never seen one of those before. I shouldn't even dream about dual exhausts on a machine THIS rare. I always tighten the cap on milk. I'll open the fridge for a sandwich and just give a quick twist. In the car I have to breathe in when I pass a telephone pole then breathe out when I pass the next one. I NEVER use my back pockets (except to scratch my ass). My pipes have to be perfectly clean, even if the rest of the quad is covered in mud. I have to lean back on the chair and balance on the back legs, even the chairs with the round bottoms. Constantly fidgeting and slappin my thumbs on stuff. I do some more wierd stuff but I'm done.

Mine ain't that bad either, and it'll let up a little with a couple high rpm launches to warm it up. I was messin around with it, ended up adjusting the plates, works better but still not correct. Thanks.

No, I haven't been riding banshee's my whole life, Yes, I am 14, damn straight I work in an ice cream parlor (Tanner's), but damn, I've been riding quads my whole life, YES i have opened it up, and i DO own all those vehicles (pics of everything tomorrow), the maverick is a father/son kinda thing, the camaro is my bro's first car, during the winter were takin the engine out and I'm bringin it to work, and restoring the interior. I have 2 acres because my next door neighbor has a quad and the 2 houses behind ours (backyards connect) own go karts and don't really care if we ride there. The wood jumps are what used to be a halfpipe, took it apart, cut it down, and there ya go. And whats wrong with working at an ice cream shop? At least i get my ass off and work. I dont really give a shit if you believe me or not but i aint leaving, so get used to it bitch.

Neutral is no problem to find when the engines off, just while it's running and sitting still. And it shouldn't need to be adjusted...It doesn't start to grab any harder until the lever is like halfway out. I was just curious if this was natural for some aftermarket clutches with stiff springs. Any help is appreciated.

Tough group. Damn now i gotta prove myself. I've been riding quads since I was three. Been into them all my life. I've rebuilt a decent amount of motors. I work in an engine shop (L&M Race Engines). True I ride around my house all the time, but I have 2 acres, dirt jumps, wood jumps (turned my old halfpipe into a ramp) and it's better than not riding at all. Real ridin? Never been to any major dunes like glamis, but like I said I've been to sand pits. Ride snow every winter. Been racing Flying Dutchmen MX in Pine grove, PA since I was 5. Well there's some background for you, if you still think im a bundle of sticks poser, then I guess I'll have to earn some respect.

I like NYUK's idea, however I prefer less attention from the police . That's what this post is for, organizing where and when. Anyone interested, pick something along the lines of rausch creek, jack frost, njorvp, maybe someone knows an old quarry or something. I hear there's some cool coal hills/trails in trevorton, similar to sand dunes (on a MUCH smaller scale). Let me know.

Hey guys I've had some clutch trouble lately. When I pull in the clutch and shift into gear the clutch still grabs, and neutral is damn near impossible to catch sitting still. It has a dirt digger clutch, but I'm not sure if this is natural for aftermarket clutches. I bought it with most of the mods already done so I wouldn't be able to notice a difference from before and after. Thanks for the help.

You're probably best off buying a caliper and taking the bushings (or rubber sleeves or w/e) then reselling the caliper. When I got mine they were dryrotted to practically nothing. I just took them off another caliper and it's now firm and quiet.

Anyone in philly wanna organize a ride? It'd be great to go riding with other Banshee freaks and with people who can ACTUALLY KEEP UP WITH ME! I ride with 4-strokes and dirtbikes alot and I have to slow down and let them catch up ever since I got my 'shee. Plus it would scare the hell out of the 4-strokes to see a line of banshees in trucks and trailers pull in the parking lot. Reply if you're interested in going riding.
