Technically your supposed to have them here in CA, but no one checks at the dunes atleast. If someone had a trick solution to the problem I would definitrly look at putting them on my bike. :baseball_innocent:

It looks like a capacitor to me. I suspect it is just like those stupid things they sell at the fair. If you really want to buy one of those, I have a carburetor that makes your engine run on air as well. :baseball_bat:
