  1. Just got my starter stuff and new chain and sprokets last night, I plan O getting it together before sunday but not sure how that will turn out, I got a lot of stuff to do this weekend, and I'm still in glasses so dont know if I can ride like this anyway but I'll give it a try if I get it all together. As long as all goes well I'll be ready for the last race, I hope I can run that one with no problems. It' nice to take a 15 min rest between laps but it sucks when no one else does that with me.
  2. Ridingorhiding is 37, he is still fast but he is an ol fart!!!!!!!
  3. thanks boonman, those are good sites, and good prices I will get one as soon as I can. 12 hp and 28 lbs of torque will mean alot to that little engine, I will have to call and make sure it will take care of the stupid 90mph limiter too. that is a nice set up on that ranger Otis, love the rear shocks, would do that to mine but I have to finish the Baja Bug I've been working on for the last 4 years, it's getting close I almost thought about working on it a few months back but would have had to get it out of ridingorhiding's yard to do that so it's not finished yet thanks for the input I'll be beefing it up as soon as I get the raptor one way bearing fixed!!!
  4. 3.0 V6 and the 5 speed manual.
  5. pull one of the 1200cc triple cylinder 2 stroke engines out of one their snowmobiles and stuff that in a banshee, then it will truly remain the fastest( at least for awhile)
  6. tried that, thry dont make anything for the Ranger, must not be worth their time
  7. just got a 2003 ford ranger edge, never had a ford before so thought I would get some ideas on what to get for it, so far only plan on a K&N, and flowmaster cat-back exhaust. not sure what other stuff to get? I know it sucks so far because it is limited to 90mph what's up with that shit??? who makes a superchip to fix that nonsence?? other than that I really like it so far. Any helpful ideas would be.............uuhhh.............helpful!
  8. hell yeah sounds good on both counts!!! keep me posted!! and email me the update for sponsors, I"ll give one to my company.
  9. thats what I want to do but dont got the cash right now so would have to wait until later which means I miss the next race.
  10. looking for a stock oneway bearing and gear for a 02 raptor. Trying to get it running before the next race in october, and cant afford aftermarket right now so am looking for a good stock set up that will hopefully last for the next two races. 12:1 is too much for the stock unit but it will work for awhile if it's in good shape.
  11. I would second that, but all I can afford right now is I'll 1/2 that!!!!
  12. who cares, I say fend for your self, to hell with what race you are, look at each person and let them stand on their own feet, if they are to stupid to go to school and make an effort then why should they get a good job???? who cares how much someone has been oppressed, thats life and it aint fair so get over it, quit crying and do something about it for yourself. 228 years ago a group of people got fed up with how they were treated and said screw you and and kciked the trash out of their country, they didnt sit around and complain about how unfair things were and they deserve a chance because they were poor or whatever, they got off their ass and took action to make a better life for themselves. Follow their example and work hard for what you want quit trying to get a free ride from the rest of us!!!!!! the past is done, learn from it but dont hide behind it and use it as an excuse to slack off!!!!!!!!!!
  13. I'm proud to be a raceist, that is what I love to do, I race anybody I dont care who you are. All my fellow raceist know what it means to be the superior race, all other races are inferior to my horsepower and torque, the superior race is the XC race, all the rest of you MX lovers and Drag lovers can just stay off the track..............it evan sounds stupid when you make fun of it
  14. always need something, they look like they have good quality stuff!! By the way, you are the wallpaper for the NMDRC site, you can make out the gold jersey and red grill. COOL HUH!!!
  15. cant wait to see the results of the filming, I wasnt drunk but i had already finished one and was working the second before yall had started the race. I was feeling good for the checkerd flag, i think thats why I was able to sleep in that tiny ass chair!! Hope we all are up and in good running order for the next race. TRANTULA glued to the tire
  16. hey Ben do we get a discount through them??
  17. that was a good race day, had fun evan if I didnt get to race (stupid oneway bearing) anyway lookin forward to seeing the pics, and how did my expert video work turn out Ben?? Hope you got to review it and make final edits as needed . There are 2 left so maybe you and jason will make it #1 and #2 before it's over, but congrats on being 2 and 3 for now, you guys are doing awsome!!!! and Josh and Chris being 7 and 8 is good too, if it werent for technical problems, the whole team would be in the top 10 for the state. Dam good for our first year!!!! By the way Dont forget your "TOOTHBRUSH" for the next race Ben, It's a long way from Las Vegas to go back and get it
  18. self defence a shotgun is hands dwn the best choice for close quarters. but you still have to aim the shot wont spread until about 15 feet then it doesnt spread much. doesnt matter what you use if you know how to manipulate the trigger to the rear causing the wepon to fire without disturbing correct sight alingment and sight picture, then you will always hit your target!!!
  19. everbody should have an assult rifle, they are made to wound primarly, if you kill an enemy you just took out one man, if you wound him, then you just took out 2 probally three, cause someone has to carry his ass back to friendly territory. I would rather br shot by nothing but if I had to choose I would rathe a Ar-15 over a 12Ga or .45 pistol. And to hell with being tuff, take out you enemy as fast as possible and you reduce the rick of injury to yourself. I prefer my injuries to be self inflicted.
  20. used to drive like that, actually better, up and down the 405 and 5 freeway in so. cal. all the time in my 91 Z28. got to admit it was a hell of alot of fun, for a kid of 22, but that was before I found out I wasnt indestructible!!
  21. GSXR-172 TT600 dirt bike-90+ Team McPherson Trophy Truck off road- 125( still a smoothe ride with no road) Aircraft Carrier CVN-72 unclassified 35knots but it goes alot faster than that, it will shoot a rooster tail 75 ft in the air. nothing like 120' of prop driven by a nuke reactor to push you through the water. Raptor-76 corvette-170
  22. I konw, I already tried to patch it using an o-ring but it only lasted about 30 starts, it was worth a try!! GOnna get the one from L&A designs and be done
  23. Jason got his bike together it runs really good, he's got 140PSI now so he is ready to play!!, He still needs to do a little jetting but he is close now. He hasent really got in to it hard yet but he should be ready for that soon. So cant say how he compares to the 686, we were going to race again but I have to push start again, the o-ring didnt last but about 30 starts, but it was enough to get the jets dialed in better for me. Glad I didnt go to southern to try it out, I would have had to throw a fit like DON at the espanola race. On a funny note the raptor was running bad on the bottom first time out with Jason and of course his front sproket had to come off about a mile from the house and I had to go home get a strap and tow him back with a bike that stalls and sputters at low speed, I got him home but he got roostaed a couple times!!! We got it all fixed up and got mine jetted then after I put all my plastic on I told him to take the raptor for a ride and he hit the start and it just spun and wirred but didnt start . Back to the drawing board!!
  24. yep, we just opened up the box of goodies tonight everything looks good. The port and polish looked weird to me being a 4stroke guy, the exhaust ports were very smoothe and polished but the intakes were still rough. They were ported but didnt looked polished to me not sure if that is normal or not for a 2 stroke. At any rate he will be back up by sunday!! just got off the phone with mission yamaha, they said it was done that way for better fuel atomazation(sp) guess will see how well it works 2strokes
