LOL There's probably a sports bar in there somewhere. no, look at it. the stools are well stools. but the monitors look lik tv's and the mix board looks like a bar. behind the stools it look like one of them shuffle board type games.

for 3500 you could probably find a good deal on an 00 maybe even newer, especially if its stock. just pick up the trader every thursday morning on your way to work.

everyone says that about U4 but i love the smell of it. almost as much as i love the smell of burnt diesel.

a flex shaft is pretty useful, so i hear. if you were to try it id do it increments. use a scribe to mark where you want to end up and then work your way there, evenly, 1mm at a time. that way makes it almost impossible to screw up REAL bad. i know that SDD ported his own jugs, so PM him and i bet he can give you some good pointers.

maybe one of the thrust washers that goes in front of or behind the clutch basket?

could be the stator. mine went bad on me and it would start first kick no prob. but after it got warm it wouldnt idle very well and you could forget about kick starting it for at least an hour. if that is the issue seems like itd be agood time to get a 200w upgrade, i wish i had.

ok heres the deal folks. to remove the key switch you simply unplug the two wires that come out of the back of the ignition switch from the harness with two quick connects. you should have one female and one male end on each side. take the male/female pair that are still connected to the bike and hok them together. i think that all.
