is he set on a cr? ive found the yz's powerband a little easier to ride, especially coming off of an xr80. the cr's are built for topend haulin ass, but the yz is smoother and easier to ride. dont get me wrong, they are both fast. but all my 125 friends have yz's for this exact reason.

this is the truth. although, i find a good angle grinder and a 5inch cutoff wheel to be a little faster than the 3inch. mostly because you have more wheel to workwith and they dont wear as quick.

i think it looks pretty fuckin cool. id REALLY love to get one, but im not sure im done with my banshee yet. i sure do want one though, with a 500 sabertooth.

Justin, if im not mistaken, Blaines a-arms use a uniball design which is different and superior in every possible way. you should relly check into these things, they are bad ass.

i really wish i could tell you where to get some, but i have no idea. our service manager orders them like the rest of our consumables from some supply shop. from what i hear they are difficult to be done right, so you might just want to have your stealership do it.

1. BR8ES is whats spec'd from the factory, your best bet. 2. it probably just need to be cleaned, or check the wires for connection. its a black w/white wire that has a quick connect right by the radiator. it works on a ground-kill setup, so make sure all your connections are clean. 3. whoever told you that is not so bright. i dont think there is anyway to get the octane to 111 without buying 111. around here its only6 a gallon, way better than using 89 bucks worth of STP booster, naw mean? good luck to ya.

well no shit. the strongest way i know how to fix a hole in aluminum is a time sert. im not really keen on how they work, but i know they do. the machinist at my shop has put two in my PD head (for the water fitting). it hasnt stripped out yet, or even shown signs of budging. if you cant find one of these, look for a helicoil. its along the same principal. you will be doing some drilling, so either cover up the intkae REAL good, or take the cylinder off. removal would be your best bet since metal shavings dont help out a topend very much. good luck to ya!

the cheetah guys hardly ever bore their motors. with Nikasil plating its not necessary unless you have one hard core fuck up. I can see not needing to do rings to one of these motors for a few reasons. 1. is displacement, its a lot easier to make 120rwhp on a 610 cheetah than it is to make on a stock cylinder 370. both can be done, but someone is gonna sacrifice something. second of all those guys are some tunin sumbitches. im not discrediting anyone here, but DAMN. those guys know how to get every ounce of horsepower that their machine has to offer. through countless dyno runs in their personal shops and EGT's there jetting is spot-on, always. bkabina: the X's arent tripled? whats up with that? seems like there would be a lot of power and reliability to be gained here. and what size are these motors? i said 370 cause last i heard thats what Jim was making the most of.

you can get them from a number of dealers. i know a&s has them, and nate mccoy has some on ebay worth a look. i think ohton got a set, or a few, also. im unsure about trinity having them. but if they dont now, im sure they will soon.
