  2. Haha, Been there done that there buddy. Sucks being stuck in airports huh?
  3. Im gonna try to shoot for a dune trip for halloween weekend. If i do make it there i will meet up with you guys at the beach store! Takin the Banshee and the CRF, but i'll take the banshee to China wall!
  4. Actually a long rod doesnt change the stroke length at all. Since the Rod is 5Mil longer, the wrist pin hole in the piston is raised 5 Mil to acct for the differance in the Connecting rod. It eases the angles that the rod travels thru and is suposed to make the engine a bit more reliable.
  5. Ok, Good pic and example of how they are supposed to look.
  6. I does look like you have A Arms for a differant quad. The upper arms should be the same length. maybe they are and its a bad picture. Also, and im not sure on this, but does the curve go fwd with janessen arms or not? I know my quicksand arms (+2+1) have the upper a arm curve towards the front.
  7. Something doesnt look right....
  8. I have a 6X12' carry-on trailer. It has a loading ramp on the back, and rails all around the front and sides. I have had a bunch of stuff on it. One trip to the dunes we had an: LT250, Banshee, 400EX and a grill and all our crap on it. 2,900lb GVWR.
  9. i have my CRF450 and Banshee insured. I think i pay about 30 bucks a month with progressive
  10. Yep i agree. im running Skat Traks, 2 seasons on them and they look great. I run about 4-5 PSI in them. Also Gary martin (quicksand motorsports) only runs Skat Traks, and I have never heard or saw him complain about his tires. Thats on a 10 Mil stroker too.
  11. http://www.jettrim.com/ I have a jet trim seat cover, love it. You can pretty much design it how you want it.
  12. A differant bike hit the ground. The perimiter frame looked really cheasy like it was made out of cardboard. oh well.
  13. I have a CRF450X.....Love this bike!!!
  14. yes being both a banshee owner, and a CRF450 owner i would have to give the nod to the CRF. This damn bike is fast. on the road you can loft the front end in any gear. its a bit scary. Just a pic from this last weekend riding. and yes i did clear the triple!!!
  15. you can ride on base down here in Arizona as well. Im about to start working on getting my new CRF450X street legal. I cant street legal the banshee in AZ because its a 97 and we all know it wont pass emisions testing.
  16. nope, no problems. website is www.rockymountainATV.com not ATC if thats a typeo sorry
  17. It is NOT real. http://www.stillfree.com/legal.html But a nice fake anyway....not that i would be happy about this. Being in the USAF and all.
  18. pics of the CRF CRF pics
  19. yeah, dealer says 2 full tanks, manual says 15 miles......ill probably just ride it somewhat nice for the 30 mins or so. thow in a Heat cycle or two and thats about it. Change the oil in the engine and tranny after the 1st tank of gas
  20. got my CRF. I will post a picture of it in a little bit.... cant wait to get her broken in and go see what shes got.
  21. For 2,000 bucks. If the shee is in good shape that would be hard to beat. as far as speed and HP. 70ish for top speed and 30HP or so. Depends what mods it has and all that.
  22. what specs are you looking for? for the most part banshees are all the same stock. older ones had differant A Arms up front (J arms).
