Don't know where your from, but here a 01 - 02 is about $3500 for a stock one.
I would always perfer new but if it's not likely because of funds then there's nothing wrong with getting a used one. Just check it real good so you know it's not a pile of junk.

I work for a small company doing metal fab. We make hollow metal doors, frames, windows, ect.
Cool company to work for but not a lifer job. Also a student getting a B.S. in Electrical Engineer.
I would say yes!
They are a little hard to mount(ac is never exact ) the pegs are wide.
People will say that the pegs will dull but all you have to do is bolt on a steel sleeve and prob fixed.
Met a guy that has them and the pegs were his only complaint(them dulling).
They look bitchin with the heelguard. I'm saving for a set myself.
They're the best nerfs in function to me. I like!!

All I got to say is I didn't watch it and don't care about either. They both suck!!!!!
I'm not even going to vote. How do you tell the difference between two turds, they both stink!!!
If I do vote it won't be for bush. He already screwed up, let someone else have a turn.

it's a good bike had one and a yashi pipe makes it a lot more fun. get a pipe and a k&n filter and a zx 600 sprocket fits the 250 and is a great commutor bike. onlyt sold mine to get a shee
fun ass bike thats better in the corners then a 600.
sweetshee4312 go talk to a recruiter at a college. Most of the time if your serious about being an officer you can join the reserves and they will pay for all or most of the college and some states even give free college tuition to reservists seat avaliable.
Your best bet is to go to college and be an officer that way if you decide you don't like the military you always can fall back on your degree.
I was in the same boat as you. I wanted to fly apaches and joined the Army then applied for WO flight school. Made it to the physical and one side of my hearing was bad(rifle shooting side) and didn't have 20\20 sight. So instead I spent 4 yrs turning wrenches on tanks. Not all bad, had fun and now am going to college on my gi bill.
My point is go to school then military!! You'll also make more doing the officer route
Jeremy
No you don't have to go get a degree. You could join ,then go through WO training. Going in as a LT would be better cause WO selection is very compeditive. And if you didn't make it in to fly school then your still in a contract to serve.
that sucks they went out of business
I love those tires and I run them backward and they last a long time on and off road and have more hook-up for me.
I run roads alot to. Have to get from one trail opening to the next is sometimes 7 miles.
if you want a cruiser and a shee is thje most comffy thing to you just get a shee frame and thrown a 4 choker motor in it. Then you'll have the comfert you want and a 4 choke you want (for some reason)! My self, Polaris is a great cruiser bike. You can get a few back in ya and ride no problem.
Even my dealer told me that jet kits are a scam. The only diff between the "stage 1&2" and so on is the different jets and a needle andwhat possition it tells you to put the needle clip on. It's cheeaper to just get the jets you need and go from there.
I took mine off cause all ya have to do is put it gear and it won't move!!!
If it's loaded on a trailer without sides and I want extra security that it won't move I have a piece of velcrow I wrap around the front brake lever and wala parking brake.
And the tors suck cause all the above is true.
Had my shee suddenly stop reving flying through some trail and almost pooped myself when it happened.
Needless to say disconnected that night!!!!
