yep. i live in lakeland, and this is definately the most serious ive seen it... dont know how its going to turn out, looks like we are going to get an asswhoopin.
-
i like them, i mean im not going to buy them for my current shee, but as soon as i get my next shee, im going to look into them, i dont hate them like most people on the site do, and i think that a raptor looks pretty mean. brush them haters off because, whether you like it or not, they give the shee a totally new look and change is a good thing.

i had court today for that, the state dropped my case. its most likely just an arraignment hearing, thats what mine was, you just tell the court how you are going to plea... guilty, not guilty or no contest.

thanks guys, ill give some more stuff a try, and ill let you know. these things have become a real pain in the ass, i mean in the past, all ive had to do is spit on the bars, and slide the grips on and they never come off. i dont know, ill keep you guys posted, and thanks again for the suggestions

ok so i have tried everything that i can possibly think of to stick my grips to the bars and NOT ONE DAMN THING has worked... ive tried grip glue, hairspray, super glue, liquid nails, model glue, and a few other things, i glue them on, wrap them tight with wire, and let them set for at least 2-3 days before even touching them, and then as soon as i take and grab the grip, they both just slip off... anyone know any tricks to this? i know the stock ones had to be cut off, what does yamaha do? or could it be my grips? i use the cheaper, MOOSE RACING grips and they fit well, they just wont stay on. thanks.

does anyone know how to polish pipes? i have a set of the DG National pipes and silencers. the silencers are chrome, but the pipes are a flat, metal color. no paint, and im not sure if they have any kind of coating on them either, but does anyone know how to polish them to make them bling, or at least clean them up a little, they look really dirty, even after i clean them really good. any help would be appreciated. i dont know if you can see it from this angle, but the pipes just look so dirty.

yeah my GSX-R 750 will get close to 130 mph in 2nd gear, and all you have to do is open it up and it will stand up, no clutch at all, all the way to 4th gear. that thing has got torque... mad, shit-your-pants torque. i love it. -
i want to polish my DG national pipes. the silencers are chrome, but the i guess its the expansion chamber is like flat metal color. no paint or coating i dont think. is there anyway to at least clean them up (they look dirty) by buffing or polishing, or if i could make them bling that would be nice. can i do it? and if so, what do i need to use to do it?

i do airbrush work, i do it cheap too. i did my friend's helmet for free, made it grey, with rips in it that you could see 1" yamaha signs in, and then i painted "yamaha" across the back, i spent many hours working on that, and then like 2 weeks later he traded in the raptor for a damn suzuki z400, and bought a new helmet. that bastard. if i can post a pic of the truck i worked on i will.

i was riding out at Sand Mountain, and another guy on shee came up to me and we were talking about mods, and future mods and i told him i was going to buy a wider axle and a-arms, well he told me that all he did was flip the rear tires around. i may be wrong but wont that bend the rim pretty easily? or has anyone ever done it and not had any problems or what. i think if it was that easy, i would have heard of it by now.

talk about burning legs, i rode the shee in shorts one day. im running DG national pipes and they have the little "DG" badge riveted to the side, well i slid up to shift my weight, hit the pipe, bounced back. looked at my leg a little while later, the mark in it said "DG"... i have a pic ill see if i can find it

im 18 and i have a '03 GSXR 750. but im selling it. -
thats what i do on the side, i help a buddy of mine mow lawns on my days off. he has 67 yards a week to do right now and most of them are in higher class neighborhoods. i get all the money from the lawns that i do, thats normally an extra 300-400 a week for me for anywhere between 8-12 lawns. something like that. other than the heat, its not too bad.

freestyle? oh yeah i can do freestyle. im working on this one trick where right as i jump, i tilt my head a little to the left, then tilt it back. its one of those tricks that not many people can do, and when people see me do it, they know im a pro... it took a lot of planning, and its difficult, so please dont try it at home. and as far as candybars and can cans go, i got one candybar and a can of hawaiian punch here. thats about as far as that goes, because im with locogato, i stay on the ground most of the time.

i like AMD way better than intel. ive had a lot of problems with Intel, so i am a little biased. also, my AMD runs way cooler than any intel of mine ever has, of course this time around, i have replaced all the heatsinks with a water cooling system... works wonders and looks awesome.

loganskinner replied to loganskinner's topic in General Banshee Discussion

well the shed stays locked all the time unless im in there doing something. there is 1 small regular door, and 3 big slide open garage type doors. they kicked in the small door and i guess they couldnt get any of the bigger doors open. oh well, im working on welding up some sort of contraption that im going to bolt to the floor and lock over the A-arms. i think that should work.
-
yeah. you can seeit in the pic in my signature, the red part just pops right off of the black part. its really simpile and when the red part isnt on, you really cant tell its there unless you know it is.

lolol the ATTACK TURTLE... sounds vicious. remind me never to come to your house. i just take those extra steps because a lot of stuff gets stolen around here, i mean its a nice nieghborhood but damn, you cant have anything nice.

well i walked outside to take the Shee for a ride today, and i got out to the shed, took the lock off of the sprocket, put it in neutral and pulled it outside... i put the key in and twist it, but there is no reesistance at all. i look down and my radiator cover is ripped off, the wires to my key are ripped out, and most of the other wires are ripped out too. SOMEONE TRIED TO STEAL MY SHIT! i think that the story goes like this: they took off the rad. cover to try and hotwire it. they did that successfully, and then it wouldnt start because they didnt have the killswitch connected (i keep that and the key together, in my house) and then, since they couldnt start it, and couldnt push it due to the lock on the sprocket, they just grabbed a handful of wires, and yanked a few good times. those mother f*ckers better hope i dont find out who it was because thanks to them i just spent the whole evening rewiring the shee. i need a new ignition wire, the part that connects to the bottom of the key if anyone has one they want to get rid of. shee still wont run i dont have all the wires done right yet i guess.

sredish is right. turbo diesels are the new wave. for going in a straight line and producing more power in a shorter time, diesels are it. i dont know how many times we have taken my dads '00 F350 Dually 7.3L Turbo out to the drag strip and ran high 13's/low 14's all night long. its got a chip in it but that it. and its a crew cab fully loaded, the thing weighs a million pounds, but its got tourque, and it will pull. i bet that thing could pull the gates off of hell if given the chance.

i dunno. i will love muscle cars til the end. my dad had a 68 malibu (i think it was 68)when i was just a little kid. i was around 5 or 6, it had a highly modded blown 350 that would straight up rock your world. you could feel it thumping in the house when he would start it up in the back yard. we had to sell it some years ago because he couldnt afford to run it... ever. i wish he would have had that car when i turned 16. that would have been sick. i wanted that car so bad. ill try to find some pics of it. but my dad bought a 2003 harley davidson F150. man when you floored it, all you could hear was the dam supercharger whine... so nice. im looking into a '90 Mustang 5.0 to start building. should be fun. anyone selling one? and most of you are right, there is no replacement for displacement.
