  2. i did that and idle did not change i sprayed all around boots head and reeds.
  3. shee is idling really high pull out choke then it stops but when you put choke back in it starts again. had it jetted right for my mods and have not changed them since, but i did move from jersey to florida. maybe that is the reason? use o-ring for head gasket so i don't think that is it. have a long day of riding tomorrow so any help would be good.

  6. sounds like your pretty close now maybe 17cc domes to bump up copression. my buddy runs alcohol on 36mm mikuni carbs and 17 cc domes from wicked motorsports
  7. yeah i can ride em across fields as well i start off in 2nd and just pop the clutch usually can make it to like 4th or 5th before i start getting scared and set her down. already been through a set of a-arms handle bars and my grab bar is at about a 90 degree angle. it takes practice but it is very possible. i would reccomend in grass for most traction sand is pretty hard.
  8. no, the cylonder is measured in 3 different location the bottom the middle and the top. actually 6 cause you measure 3 spots on the x axis and 3 on the y axis. one is to measure taper and one to measure out of round. i think but not sure that x axis is with measurs going with intake and exhaust port and y is measured going with wrist pin.

  10. you meausure the piston about an inch up from the skirt. if you look inside the piston there should be a line going around that is were to measure. that is where the piston expands the most when hot. then take your biggest cylinder measurement and subtract your biggest piston measurement and that is your clearence.

  12. yeah that simple green, purple power and greased lightning will do some bad stuff to shiny aluminum parts.
  13. my boy has a tight ass skin graphic besign on his fullbores. The only thing is he has a 400ex sucks for him right. But i have a set of white fullbores and i got the black skin design. the one with the lady looking thing with her tongue out. well my boy did a good modifaction to them and they fit like a glove.

  16. BEFORE DOING THAT YOU SHOULD TRY TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM OF WHY THAT HAPPENED SO IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN RIGHT AWAY. AS FOR THE BORING YOU SHOULD TRY TO BORE AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE, BUT THAT WILL HAVE TO DEPEND ON HOW BADLY YOUR CYLINDERS ARE HURT.

  19. i've got a set of paul turner mid-range pipes and love for the type of ridin i do (mx), (trail) they have awsome low to mid range power and there no slouch on the bottom.

  23. You are sure your woodruff key is still there. You pulled your flywheel off and looked at the key on the end of your crank.
