  1. Or trade for some 35mm carbs
  2. Got a set of mint Paul Turner hi-revs. Shoot me a price.
  3. 2-strokes don't have valves. Try putting in new plugs, and while you have them out kick the engine over a few times and see if any fuel comes out of the hole. When you checked over the carb, did you look from just the outsude, or did you take it apart and clean it.
  4. Where are you from. Did the temperature take a big change. Is your filter clean. You have good plugs in there, and what do they look like. Drive it around at the speed its giving you problems at then kill the engine and look at the plugs. Also that thin layer of sand is because you have a K&N. they are good filters for airflow, but are bad dirt stoppers. Go foam.
  5. Did the cable to adjust throttle free-play come loose and take out the slack. Check the free-play of your throttle.
  6. Sounds like something electrically is going bad. May be coils, cdi, or the insulation of the stator is breaking down. You got to get it to run and cut-off like it does then test those components. Maybe bad wires not contacting eactothe when they expand from heat. Not sure but definatly sounds electrical.
  7. Try putiing some 2 stroke oil around the o-ring that is at the very top (where the plug threads into) then try to work it down. Like noss said a couple of thousandths isn't bad, I would just be scared it would turn into more if its not seated correctly. Just have some patience and work it in there I went through the same thing.
  8. You don't have it seated right, they should both be flush with the head. It can cause some problems, I had a similar problem with my Wicked Motorsports head. Takes some patience, but it will go all the waty down. Take a look at how it sits in the head.
  9. Did you tighten the head down to the correct torque, try a compression test or a lleak down test. You could have a litlle leak causing you to lose some compression when you are kicking it over. Also how do your plugs look. Did you try putting in new ones since this problem.
  10. Tighten it to 20ft-lbs make sure you do it at half torque first then to full torque in the right order.
  11. The code if you want it is !SLACKER! typed out just like that. The patriot bike is pretty bad.
  12. I've got alot of extra o-rings for the head if you need them. They are not for pro-design, but rather wicked motorspots, they should work though if you need them. Also the way 4-strokes are improved, there is nothing wrong with wanting one. I've got the 450 and the banshee. Love em both for different reasons.
  13. Did you re-hone your cylinders when you replaced the rings to help seal them. Did you replace the gaskets or reuse them. White smoke is usualy from coolant leaking into combustion chamber.
  14. You have to have your own carbs on with the idle screw installed. Then just adjust them evenly till it idles right.Give it a second after each adjustment for the change to take affect.
  15. Do you have spark?
  16. Ol dirty bastard from the wu tang clan died today in the studio if anyone heard of hom or like his music
  17. I'll say what the f*ck I want to, you little fuckin internet tuff guy. Mind your own damn business. I don't give a f*ck what any of you have to say about someone ya'll don't even know, I just said that I hope people talk shit on your mom when she dies. You are just a bunch of kids talkin about peoples moms anyway. Enough said I am done with this silly ass thread, cause now you got me acting like a kid with the rest of you.
  18. I hope people talk this kind of stuff about your mother about a month after she passes away. I bet it'll make you feel good. Thats all i'll say, so you all can keep going on with the mom jokes.
  19. loco thanks for you quite intelligent reply, but I thought it was more like "locogato gives good head". Thanks zep
  20. Does anyone know the code to unlock all of the quads and tracks. Is it the same as last year. Please let me know if you can.
  21. Who cares about riding in a straight line anyway. Go to a track and race laps.
  22. You can tell from it though that your rings are completly frozen and are not able to expand at all. Looks like the ring lands have closed down on them as a result of heat. Looks like your minor air leak may have not been so minor.
  23. Hasty, you have people trying to help you, but calling people out saying they are giving B'S answers isn't right. Stop taking B'S photos for us to look at and you'll get a non B'S answer. Take the cylinders off the pistons and take another photo. Then we can tell you what the problem is.
  24. What do you plan on doing about re-honing, and boring your cylinders, due to the scrapes on the walls frm the scrapnel flying around. If you don't bore you have to atleast re-hone to seat the new rings.
  25. Take your filler (oil) cap off and smell in there, you'll know if its toasted. May just be out of adjustment. What kind of oil you running down there.
